Absolut kulantes Personal, ansonsten solides Messehotel, sehr bequeme Betten
Pros:

Absolut freundliches und sehr kulantes Personal. Ich habe leider aufgrund einer Terminkollision und Krankheit den Termin zweimal verschieben müssen. Das Hotel war diesbezüglich wirklich maximal engagiert und sehr kulant. Ich fand ansonsten das Hotel ganz ok, aber würde aufgrund der äußert positiven Erfahrung hier immer wieder buchen! Nochmal ein großes Dankschön.

Cons:

Die Betten waren leider sehr unbequem, sodass an erholsamen Schlaf kaum zu denken war. Außerdem verfügt das Zimmer über keine Klimaanlage, sondern lediglich über einen Ventilator – für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel finde ich das nicht angemessen.
Auch der Saunabereich hat enttäuscht. Die Sauna ist sehr klein und wenig einladend, sodass man sie eigentlich hätte weglassen können. Insgesamt entspricht das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis meiner Meinung nach nicht den Erwartungen an ein 4-Sterne-Hotel. Ein erneuter Aufenthalt kommt für mich daher nicht infrage.
