Preis-/Leistung stimmt nicht - nie wieder mit diesesr Hotelkette

Einzig die Lage.

Cons:

Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt in keiner Weise. Für mehr Komfort hatten wir extra 31 Euro Aufpreis gezahlt, z.B. um eine Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer zu haben. Als wir um die fehlende Milch fragten (3 Cafepads aber nur eine Portion Milch), bekamen wir keine. Die Rezeption fühlte sich nicht zuständig.

Bei Ankunft nur eine Garnitur Handtücher, auch da liefen wir hinterher.

Haare im Badezimmer bei der Ankunft, verkalktes Waschbecken, Reinweiße Kacheln aus den 80er Jahren mit Krankenhaus-Charme.

Weil Feiertag war, konnten wir nicht im Hotel zu Abend essen, obwohl wir bei Buchung darauf geachtet haben, das es angeboten wird.

Das Frühstück wird von Ihnen viel zu hoch bewertet. Es ist allenfalls ausreichend. Es entspricht allenfalls einem durchschnittlichen Hotelfrühstück. Der Frühstücksraum ist groß, laut und hat den Charme einer Jugendherberge.

Pros:

Die Lage war gut, viele Bars und Restaurants in der Nähe, auch die Innenstadt ist mit dem Bus gut zu erreichen gewesen.

Cons:

Das Frühstücksbuffet hätte reichhaltiger sein können und die Auswahl war relativ überschaubar.
Leider wurde so eine Stunde vor Ende auch kaum noch was nachgefüllt.

Voor bezoek Kongresscenter prima maar stedentrip zou ik de volgende keer een ander hotel kiezen.
Pros:

Je kunt eenvoudig parkeren naast het hotel voor 7 euro pd.
Vriendelijk personeel. Kleine maar schone kamer met prima douche.

Cons:

De lokatie. Het is nabij de haven en iets meer dan een kilometer lopen naar het centrum. Dat is geen enkel probleem. Maar je komt niet door de mooiste buurten. In de avond niet heel prettig. Er is maar 1 kleine lift. En aangezien de kamer boven de ingang lag op de 2e verdieping erg vroeg wakker door leveranciers die met vrachtwagens goederen kwamen leveren rond half 6.
De prijs/kwaliteit klopt niet. Als je meer dan 150,- euro betaald voor 1 nacht mag je iets meer luxe verwachten.

Cons:

- Es gab ein Konzert nebenan in der Halle und riesige Maßen an Menschen drückten sich über den Parkplatz direkt Auto entlang zum Leid des Lackes.
-> Kritik am Parkplatz, nicht am Hotel!
