Best hotel in Bangkok!
Pros:

We are regulars here because the staff are so good, the hotel is spotlessly clean, the beds are comfortable and a fabulous breakfast too. We will keep coming because it is remarkable!

Pros:

Wir, d.h. Familie und eine Familie, die befreundet ist. Also mit Kinder kommen schon seit mehreren Jahren ins chatrium und sind immer wieder begeistert von dem Hotel und die kleinen Apartments, die man als Hotelzimmer vermietet sowie die Möglichkeit zum einkaufen .
Allerdings muss ich sagen, dass diesmal durch einen Badeunfall ich etwas gehandicapt bin und zeitweise auf einen Rollstuhl angewiesen, was noch mehr Aufmerksamkeit des Personals für mich hervorgerufen hat. Hier muss man echt sagen, dass das Personal sehr zuvorkommend ist und ich immer wieder gerne hierherkomme.
Auch für die Kinder elf und 16 ist der Pool super geeignet sowie das Angebot im Hotel
Wir kommen aus Deutschland und freuen uns jetzt schon auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt

The smokers corner was right near our lift so we had to walk past it every day to get to any of the facilities

c'est une grande piscine, mais personne ne respectait le tenue vestimentaire.
Le petit déjeuner était excellent et varié. Le personnel était très aimable. Ce fut un vrai délice

Cons:

le personnel d'accueil, qui ne parle pas anglais ou l'anglais est incompréhensible.
J'avais signalé un problème d'odeur de cigarette dans la chambre (ventilation). Elle n'a rien compris et n' a pas non plus essayé de comprendre. DU coup, j'ai passé 6 jours avec mes enfants avec cette odeur de cigarettes de l'étage de dessus.
