A hidden gem in Madrid
Pros:

A hidden gem in Madrid, very close to the Prado Museum, featuring helpful service and great rooms—especially for families. They recognized and honored my ALL - Accor Live Limitless loyalty status, upgrading me to a stunning rooftop room with a beautiful view of the city. While the breakfast options were somewhat limited, it certainly doesn't take away from the overall excellence of the hotel and its staff.

Es un hotel muy bien ubicado; puedes ir a pie a una gran cantdad de lugares, como museos, restaurantes y tiendas; el barrio de las letras es bonito y con una gran oferta culinaria; el cuarto es confortable y la cama cómodda; el personal es amble y el aire acondicionado funciona muy bien.

Pros:

A localização excelente, a existência de aparcamento para a viatura, o upgrade de quarto oferecido. O pequeno almoço é bem composto. Único reparo - O sumo de Laranja deveria ser natural.

Cons:

Alguns materiais decorativos necessitam de ser substituídos pelos anos de utilização.

Tolles Hotel, alles recht neu, das Zimmer hatte auch eine kleine Terrasse.

Cons:

Sehr hellhörig Gespräche auf dem Flur und aus anderen Zimmern sind zu hören. Auch das Türen knallen.

Their own procedures!
Pros:

I booked months in advance through the Accor services with the booking indicating payment at the hotel.
We boarded our wonderful train trip when I checked my email from the previous day indicating I needed to send my card details to them via email. There was no attempt to contact me by phone on which I would have been able to give them the correct details( have been dealing with bank issues!!)
They just cancelled and I spent half of my wonderful train trip arguing with them about what they had done. Company policy was the reason and the manager had swanned off on holidays during peak season leaving only the front desk staff?
Avoid this hotel at all costs since there are plenty of much better options.

Pros:

La location molto bella. La camera bene, il letto ottimo, il bagno super. Lo staff molto presente e disponibili. C'era sempre acqua fresca disponibili nelle aree comuni, e con il caldo è stata una cosa molto gradita.

Cons:

La parte salata della collazione potrebbe essere meglio, le uova non era il massimo e neanche i wurstel che erano disponibili. Il pane e salumi top.
