Wouldn’t stay again
Pros:

The location and staff are fantastic 10/10

Cons:

How hot the room was I had 2 fans thanks to the lovely staff but it was still too warm and this is unacceptable especially for the price, also the size of the room is way too small plus why not have a window that can opens up more

Ruhiges Hotel in guter Lage
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage für den Preis, ruhige Umgebung, aber belebte Straße (mit Supermärkten, Lokalen) und Underground nicht weit

Cons:

keine Klimaanlage, dafür Ventilator, Fenster lassen sich nicht vollständig öffnen zum Lüften, knallende Türen

Lovely hotel
Pros:

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The hotel room was perfect.
The only downside was that it was on the fifth floor, and we had to climb six
flights of stairs in a very hot stairwell. Unfortunately, the room itself was
also around 35°C during the night, but of course the hotel can't control the
weather. As a kind gesture after our uncomfortable nights, we were treated to
a lovely breakfast, which we really appreciated. Overall, we had a pleasant
stay.

Pros:

Vriendelijk personeel, dicht bij metrostation Bayswater station. Nette kamer met alle faciliteiten. Heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijt.

Cons:

Echt te veel trappen in een veel te warm trappenhuis om op onze kamer op de 5e etage te komen en ook onze kamer was erg warm (35 graden) maar aan het weer kan het hotel niks aan doen

Our trip to Wimbledon

Good location

Cons:

Very very warm in the room. We were in room 14 and due to it's location there was poor air circulation. Even with the fan on it was unbearably warm. The room definitely needed air con.

Pros:

Very pleasant stay. Rooms were spotlessly clean and fresh towels daily. Staff pleasant and helpful. The bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

Room was unbearably hot but to be fair there was a heatwave and everything was hot. There was a fan in the room but it really just blew hot air around so you need to keep the lack of air conditioning in mind when you book if you are sensitive to heat.

Pros:

Peeerfect location! Loved the neighborhood and all necessities were very close; shops, restaurants, cafes and beautiful parks. Great views from the window and clean, tidy room. Nice service, good equipments and soap, shampoos etc. were available. Would stay here again and recommend it to friends.

Cons:

Air condition would be perfect. We happened to be in London during a rare heatwave so it got a bit too hot in the room. At least there was a small fan but air condition would add a lot of value to the room.

Great location and it was clean.

Unfortunately the stairs were trying, as I was at the top.
The tap made noise and I could hear noise from the next room.
