Nice hotel in a very good location
Pros:

The hotel is well located, within 5 minutes walk to a tube station, close to shops and restaurants. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the room is comfy, with basic amenities provided.

Cons:

The check in and check out being in a different hotel - not very clearly stated in the hotel description
There is no lift and it can be quite challenging to reach top floor rooms if you have mobility issues or luggages

Pros:

Posizione fantastica, nel cuore di Kensington e vicino alle fermate della metro Queensway e Bayswater e a due passi da Portobello. Camera pulita e accessoriata, anche di thè, cioccolata calda e biscottini (oltre che stufa, ventilatore e phon e facilities per il bagno). La colazione, per soli 8 pound è ottima (classica continentale), la reception è aperta 24 ore su 24 e inoltre il deposito bagagli è consentito e custodito.

Excelente localização. Muito perto do metro, com muitos restaurantes e lojas por perto. Também é perto de Hyde Park (dá para ir a pé) e é um bairro muito bonito e limpo. O quarto correspondia ao anúncio e a cama era comfortável.

Cons:

O lavatório da casa de banho estava entupido e a água demorava horas a descer. Acabámos por lavar os dentes na banheira para facilitar. Os quartos com casa de banho privativa ficam no quarto andar e não há elevador. Além disso, as escadas são estreitos, por isso cuidado.

Pros:

Convenient location within walking distance to many tourist sites, or a short tube. Close proximity to cafes, restaurants and grocery store. Residential location so it was nice and quiet. Close to 2 tubes. Secure entry

Besser als erwartet
Pros:

Gute Lage mit Supermärkten, Pubs und Lokalen in der Nähe. Ubahn ~5 Minuten entfernt.
Das Highlight, war die Ruhe. Man konnte in der Nacht mit offenem Fenster schlafen und hat kein einziges Auto gehört.
Preis/Leistungsverhältnis in Ordnung.

Cons:

Keine Haken an den Wänden um Jacken aufzuhängen.
Generell sehr kleines Zimmer.

Fantastic location, easy access to the underground.

Cons:

No lifts in Kensington gardens and so the highest room is up many stairs however the staff at sister hotel were super kind and relocated us a ground floor room due to travel companions accessibility issues.

Pros:

Fijne locatie, dichtbij Kensinton Gardens en Notting Hill. Metro en straat met supermarkt en goede eetgelegenheden vlakbij. Hotel in authentiek huis, huiselijk gevoel. Mogelijkheid om in zusterhotel te ontbijten

Cons:

Kleine gemeenschappelijke ruimte ( living) was een leuke extra geweest, maar er viel niks tegen.

La ubicacion es unica! Muy buen barrio, cerca de varías paradas de metro, rtes, cafeterías y supermercados

El personal es muy seco y desagradable. Hay que estar preparado y en forma para subir hasta un tercero y cuarto piso con la maleta y sin ascensor ni ayuda de nadie porque la recepción no queda en el mismo establecimiento si no en otro hotel de al lado. La habitación estaba limpia y el baño reformado pero la cama de matrimonio es de 135 y el colchón de muelles del año de María castaña! Y atención a los que vayan en verano porque no hay aire acondicionado! Así que hay que apañarse con un ventilador que te proporcionan!!!! Hay que pensárselo dos veces antes de reservar!!!

Mooie plek, rustige kamer met alle comfort.
Pros:

Het personeel was fantastisch. Mijn rolkoffer ging stuk en ze hielpen me een winkel te zoeken die 's ochtends open was om er een nieuwe te kopen. Ik kon mijn oude koffer achterlaten. In de haast vergat ik het zakje met mijn powerbank en kabeltjes voor devices: de dame aan de receptie ging onmiddellijk de kamer checken en 's anderendaags kwam het op mijn bestemming aan met de post.
Er werd ook onmiddellijk naar een oplossing gezocht voor het feit dat ik mijn koffer niet naar de 2e verdieping kon tillen. Dat deden ze graag voor mij, maar al snel werd me een upgrade aangeboden op het gelijkvloers.
