Pros:

The location is great. We took taxi from and to train station, otherwise we took buses with Mugi card. The breakfast is great, as NH collection standards. We eat nearby and restaurants are good too.

Ein tolles Hotel mit Einschränkungen
Pros:

Das Hotel ist insofern gut gelegen, als dass man den Strand in wenigen Gehminuten erreichen kann und das Hotel ruhig gelegen ist. Der Ort selbst mit den Restaurants ist in einem ca. 30 Minuten langen, schönen Spaziergang an der Promenade zu erreichen. Das Parken ist gut, zwei Ladestationen vorhanden. Die Mitarbeitenden an der Reception sind überaus freudlich, hilfsbereit und kompetent. Die Zimmer sind schön, die Zimmerkategorien irreführend und weniger nachvollziehbar, so dass niedrigere Kategorien teilweise größere und schönere Zimmer haben.

Cons:

Man merkte an allen Ecken und Enden, dass das Hotel ausgebucht und entsprechend das Hotelpersonal überlastet ist: Einiges wurde vergessen aufzufüllen (Kaffee, Tee, Taschentücher), die Betten waren nicht festgestellt und rollten hin und her, die Toilettenspülung klemmte, die Seife fiel von der Wandhalterung usw. Wirklich störend ist dies im Zusammenhang mit den sehr hohen Preisen in der Hauptsaison. Aber vor allem das Frühstück war eine einzige Enttäuschung: Sehr laut, das dreckige Geschirr wird direkt neben dem Buffet laut auf einen Servicewagen geschmissen, einen Cappuccino durften wir nicht bestellen (die Küche hätte zu viel zu tun - der Speisesaal war halb gefüllt), beim Bestellen eines Omelettes wurden die Augen verdreht und die Bestellung nicht abgewartet sondern irgendetwas gebracht, das Brot war hart, der Käse schwitzte. Abgesehen von dem Frühstück, dass für uns den Preis wirklich nicht wert ist, sind wir auch diesmal gern in dem Hotel gewesen.

Nice but not exceptional.

Nice location and clean. A few nice extras like water in the rooms etc

Cons:

It is not a dog friendly hotel. €35 per night for a dog and then a sheet you have to sign about all the things you can and cannot do simply isn't friendly. The bed and the bowl was nice but the rate is far too high and we were only told the rules about not leaving a dog in the room two days before we got there. We planned to go to the jazz festival and would not have booked this hotel if we had known that. Too strict about how and where you can have your dog.
Also, we were carrying a huge amount of stuff down to the car but it didn't occur to the guy giving us directions to open the door to the stairwell - a small detail but it matter
Nowhere near enough space at breakfast for everyone that wanted it. Not enough lifts for the capacity of the hotel
