Excellent option when visiting Bilbao. Clean rooms and very confortable beds. Nice breakfast. Well located, close to everything. Staff is super nice and make you stay a pleasure. Will repeat no doubt!
Me gustó la atención y la ubicación
Desde el lobby para tomar el ascensor hay que subir o bajar medio piso de escalera. No tienen bidet en la habitación
Nos sorprendió para bien. Aunque austero en servicios todo muy correcto. La habitación bastante amplia.
No tenía frigorífico en la habitación y las vistas de nuestra habitación eran a un patio interior. Pero lo demás fenomenal

Colazione in linea con le aspettative e letti comodi. Posizione ottima per chi vuole visitare il Museo Guggenheim ( che si raggiunge anche a piedi) e con i mezzi pubblici si arriva in pochi minuti in centro città. Ottimo il parcheggio sotterraneo.

La accesibilidad por el hotel, muchas escaleras. Y el espacio del comedor, es pequeño para muchos huéspedes.
Sehr bequeme große Betten. Alles sehr sauber, keine Teppiche wie schön. Sehr leckeres Frühstück. Fußläufig in die Stadt. Garage direkt unter dem Hotel.

La posizione vicina al Guggenheim e alla bellissima passeggiata lungofiume che permette di raggiungere tutte le attrazioni della città
Colazione molto varia e di ottima qualità

Piccola osservazione sulla colazione: tutto perfetto tranne la macchina delle bevande calde che era lenta nell’erogazione ma soprattutto non erogava il cappuccino, nè latte caldo.
Le addette alla sala colazione non erano attente nel ricaricare la macchina con acqua e nemmeno nello scaricare il caffè

Fußläufig zum Guggenheim Museum, 30 Min in die Altstadt, Frühstück war überraschend gut, der langsame Kaffeeautomat allerdings bescheiden.
Die Rezeption war stets nur mit einer Person besetzt, die wohl bemüht war, allerdings geht es dadurch beim Check in sehr langsam, vor allem wenn mehrere Gäste zur selben Zeit kommen....hier könnte man sich schon besser organisieren.
Das Hotel ist ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen.
