Para empezar en el Check In he tardado en cola más de 25 minutos esperando ya que como tenía delante 3 personas de una misma empresa se fueron colando sus compañeros a medida que llegaban siendo al final 8 personas delante mía y en todo este tiempo el otro recepcionista estuvo tan solo con una persona..no sé si quería venderle el hotel pero no es para nada normal, conmigo invirtieron 3 minutos a lo sumo, luego le indiqué a la recepcionista al hacer el Check Out que me mandase la factura al mail que le indiqué y no ha llegado nunca. Una cosa muy particular es en el caso de que si intento contactar por teléfono con el hotel no puedo porque son llamadas a una centralita de Travelodge y hay problemas a la hora de hacer la reserva desde la página web porque emiten cobros parciales de 0 euros para completar la reserva y mi entidad bancaria no admite cobros parciales de 0 euros.
Por otro lado me parece increíblemente pésimo el sistema de acceso al garaje tanto desde la zona de vehículos hacia el interior del garaje como desde la zona de usuarios del garaje hacia el interior del hotel.
He ido varias veces a este hotel pero ya me planteo no volver a hacerlo, un detalle muy incómodo es que los ascensores siempre que vas hacia el garaje o subes desde el, el ascensor siempre para en la planta cero aunque no lo llame nadie lo cual es muy incómodo.
He ido varias veces y en ocasiones tanto la nevera como la caja fuerte no funcionan bien.
