Pros:

The rooms are clean, quiet and the beds are comfortable. The staff was very helpful in ordering us taxis. it’s about 14 minutes from terminal 4. There are restaurants and stores around if you wanted something other than their restaurant.

Cons:

Rooms were a bit hot with the coolers shutting down in the middle of the night.

Great option near MAD
Pros:

This is an underrated option near MAD airport. Close enough for a quick Uber or Bolt trip, it is surrounded by interesting restaurants and local-oriented shops - a great "find" for a traveler burnt out on "tourist" experiances.

Cons:

It is close enough the hotel could have offered a free shuttle; is that asking too much?

Me gustó mucho la ubicación y la habitación era superior de lo que me esperaba

La chica de recepción de noche morena con trenzas creo que se llamaba Nine o algo así, se portó fatal con su compañera y le habló sin modales, además nos hizo esperar portó fatal no venir a ayudar a su compañera que era nueva.
