Goed ontbijt, slechte kamer
Pros:

Het ontbijt was goed en het gelijkvloers, lobby en restaurant, was gerenoveerd. Ook zoals overal in Stockholm gratis gefilterd kraanwater ter beschikking.
Ligging was ok, metrostation Rådmansgatan is op 400m afstand. De busstop is ook niet ver als je naar Djurgarden wil.

Cons:

De hotelkamer daarentegen was echt ondermaats, helemaal afgeleefd. Absoluut geen 4* waard.
De douchewand zat gewoon los, en hebben we zelf moeten vastzetten door er een handdoek onder te proppen om te voorkomen dat heel de badkamer onder water stond bij het douchen.. De kamer was dan ook nog eens slecht schoongemaakt, er lagen nog haren in het bad. De verf op het plafond bladerde af...
De "airco" was enorm luid maar de luchtkwaliteit in de kamer was dan weer heel slecht (Elke ochtend hadden we rode ogen). Toen ik het probleem van de airco aankaartte kreeg ik een vriendelijke "daar kunnen wij niets aan doen, sorry". Na de eerste nacht amper geslapen te hebben door bovenstaande problemen, hebben we geprobeerd om ons verblijf van 4 nachten in te korten tot 2 nachten. Helaas hadden we al betaald, en kregen we bij de receptie te maken met een heel passief-aggressieve man. Hij bleef beweren dat enkel de manager kon beslissen of we ons geld terugkregen, maar die manager bleek onbereikbaar. Toen ik zei dat hij een slechte review mocht verwachten, was het antwoord "thank you so much"...
Aangezien het geld niet op onze rug groeit, zijn we er 4 nachten gebleven, met oordopjes en elke ochtend last van onze luchtwegen...
Ik hoop van harte dat onze ervaring gewoon aan de kamer lag, maar als ik hier andere reviews lees, zijn ze bij het hotel al een tijdje op de hoogte van de problemen maar willen ze er gewoon niet in investeren.
