Holiday in Venice with friends
Pros:

This was our third stay at this hotel. We came with friends who had never been to Venice before. The hotel didn’t disappoint again. It was really nice that they now provide a kettle in the room and there is also a fridge. The air conditioning was perfect as it was very hot while we were there. Breakfast was as good as before with plenty of choice & it is replenished quickly. We would like to thank May in the breakfast room for being so friendly and welcoming. Our room was very clean and the bed was really comfortable. We would also like to thank reception for organising our return private water boat to the airport. Would highly recommend this hotel again & I would definitely return

Lovely hotel in a fab location!
Pros:

We had a 4 night here and it was perfect. It is just couple of minutes walk from st marks square. The room was great, not huge but had everything you d expect from a 3 star hotel so no complaints.We had air conditioning and a kettle which was nice as I d previously read that they don't provide kettles and that the rooms were too hot. It was 24 degrees while we were there so the cool room was a blessing after a long day sightseeing. The breakfast was more than adequate and while the breakfast room is small they stagger the amount of guests eating by booking time slots. We had a small balcony where we could watch gondolas going by. Would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again when we return to Venice.

Not a good experience looking at this outdated furniture, bedding that should have been discarded decades ago and black

Location is fantastic

Cons:

The room : although spacious, the are too old , very uncomfortable mattresses. The worst of all were bedding sheets - grey color, looking dirty instead of crispy white. The pillows were also extremely old (the filling inside is outdated and used). The walls are dressed in wallpaper of gold embroidery, but stained in a few large areas black .

Hotel excelente!
Pros:

A localização do hotel é excelente! Bem perto da praça principal! O quarto era bastante confortável e silencioso. O café da manhã também é muito bom! A equipe do hotel foi bastante cordial em todos os momentos! Excelente opção de hospedagem para quem vai a veneza!

I would likely choose a new hotel my next trip to Venice
Pros:

The location and the breakfast were wonderful - very close to Rialto and Piazza San Marco

Cons:

No complementary water, no complementary coffee or tea, staff seemed annoyed when I asked for an iron, most staff were not particularly friendly

Location good, breakfast good...personnel friendly, room good

Cons:

Furniture look a bit "tired" , shower in bath not good and can be slippery and dangerous, basin cold tap needs attention, green pilot light inside above entrance door very annoying, proper curtains to make room dark. aircon adjustment does not work.
