Rooms nice and spacious. Great layout. Pool was great. Food was wonderful.

Wir können nur erneut wiederholen, was wir in den vorangegangenen Aufenthalt geschrieben haben. Es ist ein sehr freundliches, kompetentes und gästeorientiertes Team in allen Abteilungen vom Management bis zum Service jeder Art.
Wenn etwas nicht in Ordnung ist, braucht man nur sich über das Telefon zu melden und blitzschnell kommt jemand und repariert ist oder hilft, was immer man benötigt. Unser Kühlschrank war nicht, wie wir es richtig fanden. Es machte kein Eis und er war auch viel zu warm
Aber ein kurzer Anruf und Ruckzuck wurde versucht, es in Ordnung zu bringen geduldig mehrere Tage hintereinander. Das gesamte Ressort ist super sauber super sicher und die Suite einfach luxuriös eingerichtet. So kann man natürlich auch für nur eine Woche sich angenehm erholen. Natürlich begeisterte jede Hausfrau wieder die Waschmaschine und der Trockner und immer gab es reichlich Handtücher. Zum Kochen wurde mir eine elektrische Pfanne und ein elektrischer Kochtopf bereitgestellt Der große Swimmingpool war wieder sehr angenehm temperiert und absolut kristallklar und sauber. Reichlich ist auch der Handtuch-Service, sowohl für den Pool als auch im Badezimmer!
Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die leise und sehr gut funktionierende Klimaanlage. Die Betten bequem nicht zu hart und nicht zu weich wieder rund um ein gelungener Aufenthalt, den man einfach nur von ganzem Herzen empfehlen kann.

Extremely friendly staff,

I stayed here for 3 nights in a one bedroom studio. It had a bedroom with 2 double beds and barn doors which separates it from the main living room and kitchen area. There was also a sofa bed which was very comfortable (not like the old type of beds where you can feel all the metal springs). We were in the last building room 811 which was the farthest from the main lobby area. The only downside was the distance from the closest parking spot to our room. They do have golf carts to help you but we never used them. I would definitely stay here again but I would request to be in buildings 1-4 and not all the way in building 8. Other than that, the room was GREAT and I highly recommend this as a place to stay especially for longer stays and with families. There is also laundry facilities and a pool which we did not use.

The room was great, we requested the top floor and was able to get it.

Location. Kitchen set up The body wash, lotion, shampoo, and conditioner were excellent. Enjoyed the pool. Very comfortable king size bed.

Great location in Scottsdale. The golf course is excellent with really great staff. The parking is subpar but they have free shuttles with golf carts to help out. The golf cart driver Marcus is a great guy (5 STAR). Every staff member I asked for help was very accommodating. The pool area is nice and there are lots of chairs to lounge in. The rooms are big with large refrigerator but no cook top. The BBQ grills are spread out in the yard.

The rooms were spacious and clean, which was perfect for us. We loved the pool area, kids' activities, and the beautiful gardens. The golf area and restaurant were also highlights. A perfect spot for a family getaway in Scottsdale!
Cons: 1. parking lot area is a problem if it is too far from some apartments, 2. Gym area smelled really bad, 3. It needs some updates.

We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms are spacious and have recently been renovated. The staff were very friendly and helpful. One thing that would have been nice to know in advance - the resort has 8 buildings and the higher number buildings are quite far from the parking lot. You can text for a golf cart ride to your car though. We were in building 8 and the parking lot was at least a 5-minute walk. This wouldn’t have been a big deal, but we had an elderly relative with us and it was 100+ temps. They could not have been nicer about giving us rides though. The pool area is nice and spacious. There are free laundry facilities on site as well.
