1.عدم المصداقية ، حيث انني حجزت شقتين مكيفة ولما وصلنا ابلغنا موظف الاستقبال ان التكييف لن يعمل الا بعد يومين رغم الحر الشديد في باريس في هذا الاسبوع ، وهذا مخالف للميزات المعروضة حيث انها تفيد ان الشقق مكيفة
2.تعطل احد الاسنصيرات ( اللقت)
3.عدم نظافة الممرات وتكالك الموكيت في الممرات .
