La habitación es un departamentito, muy cómodo, tu mismo recoges las toallas que necesitas y dejas las que ya usaste, hay servicio de cafeteria todo el día sin costo, el personal es muy amable, todo muy limpio, las toallas y sábanas impecables, el sector en donde está es un barrio muy lindo, hay buenos restaurantes cerca y cómida preparada para llevar buenísimas como en el Maison Francart

Me sacaron dinero de mi cuenta, tus datos privados no están seguros al hacer reservas, pero esto no es responsabilidad del hotel , es responsabilidad de con quien haces la reserva, tengan cuidado, imitan muy bien las páginas web porque acceden a absolutamente todos tus datos de tus reservas.

De locatie van dit hotel is echt top. Toen ik er was, was het vreselijk warm in Parijs en de rustige en gekoelde kamer was echt heerlijk op dat moment.

Cons:

Het hotel zou iets meer faciliteiten kunnen hebben. Zo was er een vending machine maar die was mijn hele verblijf buiten werking

It’s fine. Location can’t be beat.
Pros:

Location location location. Decent a/c and breakfast.

Cons:

Interior is a bit tired and could use a refresher. Stayed 2 nights and had to exchange used towels ourselves down in the lobby. Getting in the shower may be a challenge for people with mobility issues- tub is deep/tall and not good placement of safety grab bar.

Left After One Night Due to Poor Room Condition
Pros:

I booked two nights at this hotel but left after only one night because the room was not acceptable.
The reception itself was okay, but the check-in experience was made uncomfortable by a man in the lobby who repeatedly tried to convince me to join the hotel’s loyalty programme. He kept pressing the point even after I had clearly indicated I was not interested.
The main problem was the room. There was a noticeable smell of mould, the carpet felt dirty and unpleasant, and I did not feel comfortable taking my shoes off at any point. The furniture was very worn, and there were signs of poor maintenance, including bubbling paint. Overall, the room felt tired, unclean and badly in need of renovation.
Breakfast was also disappointing. I did not find it to be a good experience and chose to go to a nearby café instead.
After one night, I decided I could not stay for the second night and booked another hotel. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel.

Horrid experience, I couldn’t stay more than one night

The room was awful, I booked two nights but there was no way I could stay more than one night. The room smelled, it was dirty, the furniture was really old and worn.

De luxe uitstraling

Cons:

Veel wisseling in personeel aan receptie, voorbeeld: geen basale overdracht inwerk geweest, betaal systeem van creditcard en Booking niet snappen. Daardoor vertraging en creditcard wat bij onjuiste invoer niet werkt. Vervolgens ligt volgens staf dan aan jou creditcard. Wat niet klopt.
Zo zijn er nog een paar onhandige situaties. Bij een dusdanig exclusieve locatie zou je dit niet mogen tegenkomen.
