Our Favorite Place to Stay in Madrid
Pros:

This was our third stay, and it continues to be our favorite hotel in Madrid. We keep coming back because everything is consistently excellent. The location is unbeatable—it's within easy walking distance of so many of the city's top sights, restaurants, shopping, and public transportation.
The staff is always warm, professional, and genuinely helpful. Check-in and check-out are quick and efficient, and everyone goes out of their way to make us feel welcome.
The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and we always feel safe and secure during our stay.
We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning again on our next visit to Madrid!

Pros:

El trato de los empleados (as) fue excepcional que es lo mas importante.
La localización del hotel es excelente.

Cons:

La limpieza de la habitacion fue buena excepto que note que no limpian bien los pisos de madera de la habitacion se ven limpios pero cuando caminas sin zapatos no estan muy limpios. Tienen que limpiarlos con agua o mapearlos con panos humedos para que limpien bien.
