Oceniam swój pobyt dobrze i nie miałabym problemu, żeby wrócić.
Pros:

Bardzo fajny opcja w Kopenhadze. Super lokalizacja. Pokój czysty i spora przestrzeń. Wanna w łazience wraz z prysznicem na duży plus.

Obsługa bardzo sympatyczna i pomocna.

Cons:

Brak lodówki w pokoju. Skosy w pokoju, które odbierały przestrzeni.

Pros:

The location, the room, the breakfast were all wonderful.

Cons:

My only complaint was we reserved the deluxe, panoramic view room which overlooked the st and each morning at 6am the laundry truck would unload right outside and it was SO loud for half an hour.. Our friends moved to an interior courtyard room, which we should have done. They said it was quiet so recommend requesting that over the view.

Aufenthalt an einem sehr zentralen Platz, toll eingerichtet und netten Mitarbeitern lädt zum verweilen ein.
Pros:

Die Unterkunft selbst war sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und laut zum verweilen ein. Auch die Zimmer hatten einen gemütlichen Stil. Durch die zentrale Lage war man innerhalb von 10 Minuten im Innenstadt Kern konnte aber auch für den Naturausgleich in den großen Park gegenüber gehen. Auf alle unsere Fragen wurde vom personalfreundlich und professionell eingegangen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!
Die Wein und Schlummertrunk Stunde haben wir selbst nicht wirklich genutzt, Schienen aber allgemein großen Anklang bei den Gästen zu finden.

Cons:

Als Personen, die versuchen, auf tierische Produkte zu verzichten, war es zum Teil am Frühstücksbuffet doch etwas schwieriger etwas zu finden. Von Tag zu Tag entdeckte man etwas mehr. Leider blieb die Auswahl aber grundsätzlich ähnlich. Dennoch empfinden wir das Frühstücksbuffet als sehr hochwertig und die Dinge, die wir gegessen haben. Haben auch wirklich sehr gut geschmeckt.

Fabulous hotel in a wonderful city. Both are highly recommended
Pros:

The hotel is in a great position. It’s very comfortable and has a lovely ambience in the very relaxing lounge bar area especially late afternoon and early evening during the wine hour. The rooms were spacious and very well equipped. The staff were all so friendly and went above board to help with any enquiries. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Cons:

A little road noise but it’s in a city centre so only to be expected.

Ein charmantes junges Hotel mit guter Ausgangslage für Stadtbesuch
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal. Leckeres Frühstück. Gute Ausgangslage für Stadtbesuch. Wir hatten ein ruhiges Zimmer zum Innenhof. Es ist möglich im Hotel Fahrräder zu leihen. Happy Hour 17—18 Uhr mit Wein aufs Haus in der Hotellobby und ab 22 Uhr nochmal ein Gratis Getränk.

Cons:

Der Instantkaffee im Hotelzimmer schmeckt scheußlich.

Boutique hotel with chic interiors and excellent breakfast misses in other hospitality basics
Pros:

Organic breakfast was fresh and the restaurant staff were fast and efficient in delivering quality breakfast options (espressso drinks, special requests, et al). One of the servers went beyond her JD by offering a local's perspective on places to see and things to do which was much appreciated. The check-in process went smoothly.

Cons:

Bathroom and main sleeping quarter floors were not thoroughly cleaned (various stains of questionable origins all over). The room looks out to the back of the building towards other buildings surrounding a shared courtyard. This layout creates an echo chamber that amplifies the minutest sound. The rooms have no AC so we had to leave the windows open. We did not sleep well. Lastly, my travel partner had an unfortunate experience with a front desk staff (not the one who checked us in) who accused him of stealing fruit from a fruit basket on the front desk counter. The guy ran after us and held the elevator doors to recover the forbidden apple and reprimand my partner. :-)
