The lobby and reception area have a beautiful interior design, creating a great first impression. The restaurant is exceptional, with a stunning atmosphere, and the food was delicious.
My experience with the room was disappointing. I stayed in Room 108, which is accessed via Elevator C. This elevator is quite old and very narrow, making it difficult to use when carrying large suitcases or multiple pieces of luggage.
The biggest issue was the route from the elevator to the room. After exiting the elevator, you are faced with a heavy door that has no signage. Immediately behind it are a few steps, which can be challenging to navigate while carrying luggage. You then have to pass through another set of doors and continue down a different hallway before finally reaching the room. With two large suitcases, this was extremely inconvenient.
The hallways in this section of the hotel feel dark and outdated, with old carpets that have an unpleasant smell. I understand that renovations take time and resources, and it is clear that this part of the hotel has not yet been renovated. However, considering that this small room cost €730 for a single night, the overall experience did not justify the price.
I understand that Copenhagen is an expensive city, but charging €730 per night for a room in this condition felt excessive and poor value for money.
עיצוב מהמם במרחב הציבורי. בעיקר באזור חדר האוכל וחדר הישיבות בכניסה.. פעמיים ביום כוס אלכוהולית ראשונה לבחירה במתנה.. בחדרים היו מיטות יפיפיות. והצוות היה מקסים ושירותי. כשירד גשם מכרו לי במלון מטריה כשרת . והמירום פשוט מושלם
הריח במסדרון היה חנוק. המרפסת העירונית היתה סגורה בערב כשרציתי לראותה. ההמלצה שלהם לקולנוע היא רק למי שמשכיר חדר קונפרנס וחדר הכושר סגור בלילה.

Interior and furniture was nice, breakfast quality superb!
Smell of room, hallway as well as towels. Everything smelled musty and bed even had an old sweat smell. Room directly above a bar with heavy noise and shouting until 1am, no chance to sleep. Again heavy noise at 5am with old furniture shattering into a transporter for 1.5 hours. Never slept that bad in a hotel before. Staff seemed uninterested in everything.

Le lobby est agréable et aménager avec de nombreux espaces où on peut s'installer pour travailler.
La salle de restaurant est joliment décorée mais au petit déjeuner il faut aller se servir au sous sol et prendre un escalier si on veut manger à la lumière du jour. Le petit déjeuner était correct. Le personnel est très aimable.
Le chemin pour accéder aux chambres était un peu alambiqué. La chambre était bien mais on a pas vraiment retrouvé ce que les photos laissaient espérer.
La terrasse supérieure était fermée, la salle de gym était en restauration, nous avons eu un grand + un lit de camp au lieu des lits simples demandés.
Le point fort: l'hôtel est très bien situé, on est directement dans les petites ruelles de charme du centre ville.
Bref malgré une prestation globalement bonne, nous avons été déçu.
Die Lage des Hotels, die Ausstattung, vor allem das sehr geräumige Bad und das schöne Zimmer. Auch das Frühstück war sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich.
Es gibt es nichts, was uns nicht gefallen hat.

Le prix n’est vraiment pas justifié! 600€ la nuit pour une chambre de 11m2, même pas une bouteille d’eau, pas de mini bar, une chambre « vue sur la ville » qui est en fait un deuxième étage sur rue avec vue sur l’immeuble d’en face, zéro service, à peine au revoir du bout des lèvres ce matin de la personne à l’accueil qui ne vous aide même pas à descendre vos valises de l’estrade. Franchement quand on veut pratiquer les prix d’un hôtel de luxe, il faut avoir le service d’un hôtel de luxe.
Wine hour was great - it made the lounge area feel very welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed the bike hire service - the bikes were well-maintained and there was good storage. Breakfast was lovely, with barista-made coffee and a wide range of foods.

The hotel was amazing great lobby and very friendly people, the rooms clean and minimal, normal view but very quite, relaxing beds too, and good temperature.
Head waiter in the restaurant below where we have breakfast, for the night shift though, was rude.
Frühstück ist sehr, sehr gut - ausgezeichnete Auswahl und Qualität (Kaffee + Brot top!); Hervorragender Italiener ums Eck und hervorragendes Restaurant im Haus "Vaekst". Morgenkaffee an der Rezeption und Lauftipps mit Scan sowie Handtücher zum Start in den Tag. Generell alles sehr unkompliziert im Hotel.
Zimmer und Bad spärlich ausgestattet (KEINE Sanitary Produkte). Preis-Leistung ist faktisch nicht gerechtfertigt, aber Städtehotels kalkulieren hoch.
Ontbijt is prima, wel erg biologisch! Locatie is prima, meeste bezienswaardigheden op loopafstand. Personeel is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam!
Geen opbergruimte (kasten) in de kamer, ook geen mogelijkheid om je jas op te hangen.
