Cons:

I wouldn’t know what to like or not to like about this place considering a few hours before my check-in they canceled my booking that I had booked a month in advance. If I’m ever in the Cleveland area again I will never book with this hotel again. I’m still waiting to see if I get my refund from this place.

Pros:

The lady at the desk was amazing very sweet and accommodating. Very helpful when our bathroom ceiling started leaking profusely.

Cons:

There were stains on the blankets, bunch of crumbs and dirt on the floors

Pros:

Trash breakfast. And ur midnight shift suck and was very rude to my family when they ask about a ice machine.. and no one is never at the desk. Midnight shift must of been sleep didn't puck up phone or come to the desk after 12 am .. the person that checked us in was very nice tho.. his name is Christen. I think. .

This hotel notified me of a cancellation on the day of my scheduled stay. I accepted the cancellation because I was told I would receive a refund, but I have not yet received it.

Terrible left five minutes after we got there.

The staff was rude no linens on the bed toilet seat hanging off side of the toilet shall I go on? When we picked up keys the lady at the dash sat on the phone and made us wait 15minutes (we were in a hurry to get to our daughters wedding) so we got the the keys and left when we got back and see there were no linens the bad my husband went to ask for some was told by the staff that we should have checked the room earlier.

Close and convenient front desk person was very nice and pleasant.

Cons:

Went to 3 different rooms due to the 1st two was dirty and nasty . The kitchen sink dirty with food crumbs on the floor and no bedding on the bed . The 2nd room was dirty and didn't look cleaned at all. In my 3rd room, I finally said f#&% it. The bathtub was dirty. The mirror in the bathroom had steam writing on it, and the carpets didn't look vacuumed

Ok to start off while we're driving into Cleveland a lady called saying she doesn't have our room that we booked 2 months in advance said she would call me back never did we had to talk to a lady she got us a room at different location charged us $75 more they want we pre booked worst experience ever got to new location and was terrible took hour to get us in room couldn't get keys to work had to switch rooms again only gave us 2 towels even though we booked 4 guests I wish there was something to do feel I was way overcharged for the worst experience I had

Not worth the price. Even for a discount hotel, this room was pretty terrible.
Pros:

Location was fine. Parking was ample. Lobby was clean.

Cons:

Rooms were dirty - dirty floors, hair in shower. Room smelled terrible of smoke- almost unusable by non-smokers- we had the windows open the whole time. Everyone woke with sore throats from the Smokey air.
