Pros:

We had a lovely little one night stay me and the misses for a little break and I think it was one of the best nights we've had in a long time I mean we could not actually any better really enjoyed it hospitality was great food even better and we had a wonderful time recommend it to anybody

Clean, central and value for money.
Pros:

The location was good, close to the major shopping centre for food and supplies. Clean rooms, beds were comfortable and the 11am checkout was great, no rush in the morning.

Cons:

Bathroom was very clean, just a little dated. Nothing major though.

Great location, but some new beds wouldn't go astray!
Pros:

Location is perfect for our regular trips down there.

Cons:

Our bed was terrible! We had a queen bed, it was uneven, leaned to one side and could feel everything when the other moved.

Some good, some bad
Pros:

Room good size and comfortable. Breakfast was good

Cons:

Restaurant for Dinner was appalling. Ran out of many ingredients. No internet to see the menu, Reception wouldn't/couldn't show us/print menu from their Computer and the person had to read it out but had a strong accent and I couldn't understand her. If you advertise that Dinner is available, make sure that there is a proper chef, an available menu and item ingredients are available. Food that I did eventually order was very mediocre.
The Fire alarm went off but no instructions to evacuate or what was happening, so we just sat there looking and wondering. The internet when up, was patchy throughout the hotel.
