We came a week before as I got the dates mixed up due to a band members funeral the week before the staff here was dismissive however thanks marina manly I was booked here the next night so I added another night and they rang me and put me in one room both nights asking how I am around the funeral and can this family orientated business help. Thanks booking.com as well.

Interesting.
Pros:

Reception staff were very helpful and friendly. I loved that I could just head down and get a snack or a coffee if needed.

Cons:

Breakfast buffet was very unclean during our visit. The benches were covered in food and it didn’t look like it had been maintained at all. On our second morning at the buffet the food from the day before was still all over the carpet. The pancake machine was on the fritz and just pushing out a string of pancake batter all over the bench top. Plates were all covered in chunks of food/grwase and sopping wet. I showed reception lady and she notified kitchen immediately and got me a clean plate from out back. Kitchen staff didn’t remove the dirty plates but just popped some clean ones on top of the stacks. There was hair in one of the self serve bowls but no kitchen staff to notify. Seemed to be a homeless person who was allowed through to eat out of their hand in the food service area too. 😅 I did expect more from the mecure.

Honestly, only the breakfast.

Cons:

Rooms were not clean, bedding were not changed. We were given bed linens that had fresh blood stains on it.
The room had spider webbs. Room was small and congested. Definitely not value for money.
