Great location, but thin walls.
Pros:

Excellent location, good, comfortable and clean facilities. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Soundproofing needs to be better. I could hear people in the next room very easily through the (locked) interconnecting door. I could hear their conversation and which tv program they were watching.

Exceptional
Pros:

The front desk staff night and morning were exceptional. Professional and polite and advised they were there to assist 24hrs. It is a short distance from the train station. Close to bars and city life but kind of secretly nestled away. The beautiful bells ring from st James church on Sunday morning. The room was spotless and perfect for a short stay or actually would happily stay a few nights.

Pros:

It has to be the quietest hotel room we've ever stayed in. A good location near Hyde Park and close enough to easily walk to Circular key. The staff were perfect aswell.

Cons:

The included breakfast is done by vouchers to two cafes but the cafes are at opposite end of the poles. It would be good to find two cafes that are similar in style.

Bearing in mind the above, great place to stay!!
Pros:

Ideal location in centre of city. Very clean and staff excellent. Plenty of Nespresso tubs and free milk in fridge.

Cons:

Disappointed with included breakfast. Taken across road at a French restaurant but only allowed one drink, tea, coffee or juice and one ‘main’, Yogurt with berries or something on toast!! Absolutely disgraceful. There are plenty of other places around for breakfast.
Also, don’t drink the water in the minibar you get charged $6.50 for a small carton!! No free water!! Sent me an email when I arrived home.

Toilet werd niet gepoetst bij dagelijkse kamerdienst. Er was tevens geen wc borstel, dus we konden ook zelf niet de ´sporen´ uitwissen...
Slechts 1 rol toiletpapier op kamer 2e moeten gaan bijvragen.
Wel elke dag enkele propere handdoeken, koffiepods aangevuld,..
