Great price, room and breakfast but needs accessibility improving.
Pros:

The location of this hotel was fantastic in lovely boulevard very close to the old town. The hotel offers very cheap parking and the staff will assist you will parking, for those who have an ev the hotel offers on site competively priced chargers. Check in was fast and efficient and the hotel room was very nice with comfortable bed, big smart TV, and nice bathroom. Breakfast was plentiful but get there an hour before closing to ensure plenty of fresh choices.

Cons:

The swimming pool and gym was closed we were bot advised of this by booking.com at the time of booking nor did they update us about this later. I chose this hotel for accessibility but I had to get two different lifts to the room and it was quite exhausting when you suffer with sciatica. The main breakfast room was in the basement and the only way to get to it was down a staircase which was very painful.

Iso huone, hyvä aamupala ja autolle parkkipaikka sisäpihalla. Keskellä kävelykatua.

Cons:

Kokolattiamatto huoneessa, joka teli huoneesta hieman epäsiistin oloisen. Sänky liian pehmeä omaan makuun.

Pros:

Die Lage im Zentrum von Kaunaus war top.
Das Frühstück war großartig, sehr vielfältig und einfach lecker.
Wir waren mit dem Auto und Fahrrädern unterwegs. Das Auto konnte auf dem hoteleigenen Parkplatz abgestellt werden und die Fahrräder konnten sogar in einer separaten Garage eingeschlossen werden.

Cons:

Es gibt nichts Negatives zu berichten.

Great location and breakfast, service and facilities were disappointing.

Cons:

Internet speeds were very low, room cleaning was hit and miss. No prior notification that the spa was closed before arriving.
