excellent verblijf, met mooie atmosfeer, locatie, en hoog serviceniveau
Pros:

Excellent ontbijt in prachtige binnentuin, hoog service niveau van personeel, atmosfeer van het hotel - het lijkt oud, maar de stijl, kwaliteit en onderhoudsniveau van de kamers en het hotel maken dit een speciale ervaring in vergelijking met moderne 5 sterren hotels waar ik aanvankelijk naar keek. Locatie is perfect, dicht bij leuke buurten, metro, 25 minuten naar luchthaven.

Extraordinary service!
Pros:

5 star experience! from check in to check out the staff was attentive and committed to our having an excellent stay. Standouts - Carlos, Esther, Alex, the morning crew for breakfast. The room was luxurious with lots of technology touches to make it a standout. Housekeeping who we never actually saw - but operated with magical timing and speed so that our room was always put together. Many thanks to the person who recognized we were from the US and included face cloths! A major plus. Would highly recommend this hotel also a great location!
