El edificio es muy bonito pero necesita una puesta al día para recuperar todo su potencial, en algunos aspectos ha quedado obsoleto.

5 star experience! from check in to check out the staff was attentive and committed to our having an excellent stay. Standouts - Carlos, Esther, Alex, the morning crew for breakfast. The room was luxurious with lots of technology touches to make it a standout. Housekeeping who we never actually saw - but operated with magical timing and speed so that our room was always put together. Many thanks to the person who recognized we were from the US and included face cloths! A major plus. Would highly recommend this hotel also a great location!

The foot cream at turndown was the most thoughtful and perfect detail I’ve had in a hotel.
The location was perfect its in the middle between gran via and Serrano 12 minutes walk for both
Staff were nice and helpful
The hotel little bit old beed for renovation and has a smell i can’t explain it’s from the woods or carpets or cleaning stuff but it’s annoying
Also most of rooms has inner view so you can’t keep your curtains open but the staff upgrade my room to junior suite to solve this problem
