Nice hotel, overpriced for what it offers, great location, staff not welcoming
Pros:

The property is a little worn out and certain details could use a refresh, but in general it is comfortable. The view from our rooms was not nice and we could hear everything from the neighboring rooms so no sound proofing. It is a beautiful hotel though and in a great location. Breakfast is really good.

Cons:

The reception staff. Not at all courteous, we perceived them as slightly xenophobic. Not one of them was helpful or nice to us, although they were with other people. Very judgmental and not very pleasant.

Luxurious accommodations in a great location and impeccable staff
Pros:

This is a small boutique elegant, and luxurious hotel with less than 45 rooms which allows the staff to be very attentive to all of your needs.

It is perfectly located and the staff are so helpful with directions and recommendations in making reservations.

It has a great breakfast with an elegant inside or a patio dining option.

It was a very pleasant day and very affordable for the luxury class hotel that it was.

Lovely.
Pros:

Breakfast in their private courtyard garden is lovely. The staff were impeccably helpful. The room was furnished accurately true to the images online, and were lush.

Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Design and furnishings well suited.

Cons:

Staff entering at night whilst sleeping without notice in one occasion. Noise carries quite loudly from other rooms.

Me encantó todo, desde la ubicación, la decoración y sobretodo la atención del personal

Cons:

La habitación olía a moho, y luego vi que otras habitaciones habían terraza, lo único malo que estuvimos en una habitación que las vistas no son muy bonitas a tejados del vecindario.
