Hôtel confortable, personnel accueillant, piscine et SPA.
Absence de possibilité de faire un massage, alors que le service était mentionné. Un peu loin de Palma (40 minutes en transport en direct).

Hôtel adults only - bien situé les pieds dans l’eau mais hélas plage de gros cailloux - à 40 m’ du centre de Palma avec la ligne bus 4 - petit déjeuner copieux varié sur la terrasse très bien - personnel efficace
Nous avions une chambre sans vue sans balcon un peu petite surtout avec le lavabo pratiquement au pied du lit ….
Un placard avec des cintres mais peu d’étagères -
O hotel é muito confortável,bem gostoso ,área da piscina bem agradável,spa delicioso, quarto confortável e vista espetacular!!!
Acho que o serviço na piscina é um pouco deficitário,nada que comprometa a estadia mas poderia ser melhor ,controlar as toalhas de piscina e um pouco desagradável

Although our room was called superior double but it was very small (didnt look like the picture).
Although we had paid the city tax to booking.com but the property charges us again

Hotel follows government mandates keeping room temperatures somewhere between 25 and 27 degrees( very hot) After much complaining they provided 2 fans which kept running at all times to be able to make it through our stay. Other than the air conditioning issue , everything was good.

La posizione, zona tranquilla e silenziosa, mare e piscina tutto insieme, panorama colazione ottima e varia. Staff cortese
Ho apprezzato molto la sua posizione. La struttura ha una piccola spiaggia poco frequentata e molto piacevole. Ê vicina a Palma e ad altre spiagge molto belle.
La struttura è molto bella ma poco vivace. La sera in particolare non offre nessun intrattenimento.

The staff of the hotel was very helpful with any request! We had a very early check in wich was exactly what we needed after a very early flight.
The room was large and with great view of the sea. The location and the outdoor area was very nicely curated.
The area is very quite at night, but very well conected to the city center by bus exactly outside the hotel.
The bed was very soft, a firmer matress would have worked. The pool closed at 19.00 and opened at 10.00 AM a little early/latte for adults and when the heat hits Mallorca :)

Laundry service was a shambles. Different staff members gave conflicting messages about how long it would take to get back. How can a hotel at this price level not have next day laundry?
Room had a good size flat screen TV, but for some reason it was not connected to the internet. When i asked why i was told it was for " security reason " What on earth does this mean ?
I was there in a heatwave and the aircon in the room really struggled to make it a reasonable temp.
