La ubicación, habitación y el personal muy atento y profesional.
God frokost, koselig frokostområde. Hadde junior suite i 5 etg, det var det øverste. Fin balkong og gode senger. Pluss for kaffemaskin og god plass på dette rommet. Fikk VIP "pakke" med gratis Balinese Bed ved bassenget en dag, det var stas. Var ikke stress med å få solseng ved bassenget. Rolig område.
LIten resepsjon, så kan bli litt kaos der ved inn/utsjekk. Restaurant/pool personale var ikke helt med, de glemte ting og fant oss ikke, så vi fikk kald mat. Måtte klage og halve maten ble byttet ut. LIte egnet plass til oppbevaring av klær og toalettsaker på rommet.
Ein wunderbares Hotel mit freundlichem Personal. Frühstück und Abendessen ebenfalls ausgezeichnet, und auch die Lage ist gut. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön möbliert und erfüllen ihren Zweck.
Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt ist der Einstieg über den Schwimmfelsen ins Meer. Die Leiter ist sehr wackelig und gerade bei höherem Wellengang ist es etwas mühsam.
Amazing birthday getaway!
Although this was a solo retreat, I never felt alone. The entire hotel team took such wonderful care of me and made my birthday weekend truly unforgettable.
A special thank you to Patricia, Cristobal and Vara at reception, who were always incredibly kind, professional and helpful. Their warmth and attention to detail made me feel genuinely welcomed throughout my stay.
As a birthday surprise, I received a room upgrade and found a lovely little birthday cake waiting for me in my room. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made my celebration even more special.
The spa also deserves special praise. It is beautifully designed, incredibly relaxing, and has everything you need to unwind and recharge. I spent some truly peaceful moments there.
Overall, it was an amazing experience from start to finish. I couldn’t imagine a better way to celebrate my birthday than spending the weekend at Barceló Illetas Albatros. Thank you to the entire team for making it so memorable – I will definitely be back!
Redelijk kleinschalig maar toch voldoende voorzieningen en locatie. Prettige omgeving aan zwembad en fijn zitten met mooi uitzicht.

The facilities were great! Great pool service and great breakfast. Who doesn’t like sampling the local sparkling wine on arrival and with breakfast
Rooms could be bigger and more restaurant choice as it is quite expensive per night
The pool area is lovely looking out to sea
Room design was awful. No separate bathroom to the room so disturbance to partner when washing/leaving room. No space for toiletries. Poorly thought out. Balcony overlooked car park and road and was not private. In hindsight would not have paid extra for terrace and room. Not good value at all

Der Pool und das tolle Frühstücksbuffet
Das Zimmer war für einen Aufenthalt von 10 Tagen zu klein und leider ungeschickt eingerichtet. Es war nicht möglich, seine Sachen vollständig in Schränke zu packen.
Beim Frühstück agierte die Liveküche leider sehr langsam und umständlich.
A super hotel, great location and great amenities on site
We had a great stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. When we asked to change our room, they did their best to find us another one and arranged it for the next day. As it was my birthday, they even surprised me with a cake, which was such a kind gesture. The hotel offers good value for money, the facilities were fine, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice.
Our room didn’t have a balcony, which made it difficult to dry our clothes. The first room we were given was also quite small and felt a bit cramped.
