Schlechter Service. Zimmer war nicht gereinigt. Zudem war in der Dusche der Abfluss verstopft
The staff of the hotel was very helpful with any request! We had a very early check in wich was exactly what we needed after a very early flight.
The room was large and with great view of the sea. The location and the outdoor area was very nicely curated.
The area is very quite at night, but very well conected to the city center by bus exactly outside the hotel.
The bed was very soft, a firmer matress would have worked. The pool closed at 19.00 and opened at 10.00 AM a little early/latte for adults and when the heat hits Mallorca :)
Good location and pool area. Room was small but comfortable.
Laundry service was a shambles. Different staff members gave conflicting messages about how long it would take to get back. How can a hotel at this price level not have next day laundry?
Room had a good size flat screen TV, but for some reason it was not connected to the internet. When i asked why i was told it was for " security reason " What on earth does this mean ?
I was there in a heatwave and the aircon in the room really struggled to make it a reasonable temp.

Incredibly friendly staff and immaculate cleanliness. The room size and layout were perfect, and the balcony offered more than enough space for two. Both the food and cocktails were outstanding. A wonderful touch was the welcome drink upon arrival and the parting gift.
"A few areas could be improved: the stairs leading to the water are worn and partially damaged, although accessing the sea is still manageable. We did not visit the spa, as the entrance did not seem particularly inviting. Additionally, as one of us is a smoker, the smoking options were highly restricted. With only two designated spots near the restaurant and beach stairs, it was impossible to relax and enjoy a coffee together on the terrace. One was forced to either smoke discreetly or carry drinks to the stairways. However, this appears to be the standard regulation throughout Spain."

Rendkívül magas szintű volt a gasztronómiai élmény, amit nyújtott a szálloda. A Junior lakosztályban voltunk, imádtuk. Csodálatos kilátás a tengerre körterasszal, óriási panoráma ablakokkal. Rendkívül tiszta szoba, eszméletlen kényelmes hatalmas ággyal. Nyugalmat és igazi kikapcsolódást nyújt a szálloda. A Pool Bár fantasztikus, a Sangria de Cava is isteni. Tengerhez a kis mini beach is ideális pici öböl, fantasztikus látvánnyal.

Staff at the front not friendly or accommodating. We arrive at 1 am and left at 5:30am but they still charged us over $100 for a minor room upgrade.
Friendly and helpful staff. Wonderful breakfast, great location to the beach and nearby attractions. Not too far from the airport.
Price was a little bit on the higher end.

Das Frühstück war grausame. Das Essen am Abend sehr lecker. Kompliment am Koch, und ganze Besatzung der Küche. Der rest des Personals sind die Gäste ziemlich gleichgültig. Für ein Hotel in dem Standard erwartet man mehr Zuvorkommenheit .
Das Personal. Am Tag der Abreise wurde einfach der Schlüssel entgegengenommen. Nicht mal nachgefragt, wie der Aufenthalt war .
Ich bin in diesem Hotel gegangen, weil es auf Booking so ausgesehen hat, als sei ein Angebot vorhanden. für 2 Nächte ca. CHF 500.00 anstatt CHF 1100.00. Im nachhinein, fühle ich mich ein wenig betrogen. Ich kann mir nicht vorstellen, dass es normalerweise CHF 1100.00 für 2 Nächte kostet.
