Check-in horrível. Funcionário mal humorado. Apesar de sermos uma família, ficamos em andares separados. Primeiro quarto fedia a cigarro. Segundo quarto era gelado, não adiantava desligar o ar-condicionado que ele continuava funcionando em temperatura fria.

Personal de recepción muy poco empatico. Reserve 2 habitaciones. A las 6 de la tarde me decían que no tenían disponible la segunda habitación. No había nevera en la habitación.

Wifey had already packed our umbrellas. Front desk staff gave us 2 umbrellas because we needed them for the short walk to Union Station for Amtrak trip.
