החדר שלי היה קטן מאד, אולי 2x3 מטר מרובע, פתחנו קרש גיהוץ ונתקענו, בקושי ניתן לזוז 2 אנשים, מזרון קטסטאופה שגרם לנו לכאבי גב, קריות שמנות וקשות, הזוית לראש לא הגיונית,נאלצתי לוותר עליהן, אין מקרר, אין מיקרוגל, ארוחת בוקר במסעדה של המלון, המנות טעימות ללא תוספות, חנייה בתשלום ומרוחקת 2 בלוקים.

Very enjoyable and will definitely book again
Pros:

Excellent location - very convenient with great staff. Good choice of breakfast options and very generous portions.

Cons:

Hôtel de qualité, très bien situé (pour les visites mais aussi depuis l'aéroport par le métro en ligne directe).

Cons:

Tout était bien. Peut-être le premier accueil, avec l'enregistrement (un peu expéditif) ; cette même personne a été plus aimable par la suite.

Convenient hotel to many top spots in Chicago loop
Pros:

The hotel is centrally located.

Cons:

Mattress and pillows not very comfortable. Heavy barn door to close for bathroom. No hairdryer. Noisy neigbors

Hotel limpio, habitaciones cómodas, baño un poco antiguo, pero muy limpio. Desayuno incluido correcto para empezar el dia.
A 2 minutos del metro directo del Ohare
El hotel tiene un bar muy buenos para disfrutar y tomar algo por la noche

Esta en zona de negocios y por la noche no hay mucha gente

I will be traveling to Chicago for the next 3 months, and I DO NOT plan to stay in this hotel again.
Pros:

The price was decent in comparison, and the lobby is a nice area.

Cons:

My original room had no air conditioning or fan. Maintenance leaves for the day at 5:00pm, therefore there was no one to fix the problem. After nearly an hour after checking in they decided to move me to a different room. All they did was bring me a key to a new room. I had to move all of my unpacked items by myself. The staff did not speak English, but understood enough that they knew I was not happy to have no help. When the staff member came back to help, he took my cloths from me, but then dropped them all over the floor, etc. The rooms are very old, the furniture is very worn, the bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have every slept in - the mattress felt very old and the pad on top of the mattress did not help solve the problem.
