Melhor custo beneficio!
Pros:

A localização é excelente, a cama bem confortável. O quarto era limpo todos os dias. Em todos os andares tem um filtro de agua e garrafas reutilizáveis para os hospedes. No andar inferior tem uma maquina de café (com latte, capuccino, chá, etc) disponível para todos os hospedes. A academia é ótima. No terceiro andar tem maquinas de snacks e bebidas. As amenidades do banheiro eram de ótima qualidade!

Cons:

Tudo foi realmente muito bom.

Excelente ubicación y confort
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, muy cercano a los atractivos de la ciudad, la atención de los recepcionistas, muy buen hotel-alojamiento.

Cons:

El precio, algo elevado, sin embargo la ubicación lo puede justificar.

Un piacevole soggiorno a Chicago.
Pros:

Struttura pulita e situata a 5 minuti dalla fermata della metro Blu, inoltre sotto l'hotel è posizionata una fermata dell'autobus, che permette di raggiungere facilmente l'alloggio.
Lo Staff è stato molto gentile e disponibile.

Gutes Business-Hotel an zentraler Lage
Pros:

Hervorragende Lage im Central Loop, mit vielen Restaurants in der Nähe und nahe bei Metro- und Bussstationen. Das Hotel bot den nötigen Komfort und eine gute Ausstattung, und im Zimmer konnte man auch gut arbeiten. Frühstück ist à la Carte (kein Buffet). Das Personal war sehr freundlich.
Es gibt sogar eine Dusche mit Schlauch, was für mich als Europäer sehr angenehm war.

Cons:

Das Zimmer ist recht klein. Ich musste den Koffer auf dem zweiten Bett öffnen, und auch im Schrank hat es wenig Platz.

Excelente opção
Pros:

Localização estratégica. Quarto muito confortável e silencioso. Limpeza. Staff atencioso. Facilidade no check in e no check out. Refil de água potável na área comum.

Cons:

Tudo esteve dentro das expectativas. Voltaríamos a nos hospedar neste hotel no futuro.

The location was the only redeeming quality of this hotel.

Cons:

Staff was friendly but you’re directed to check in via iPad. For a supposedly 4 star hotel you would expect better service than to check yourself in. It would be one thing if this was strictly an “after-hours” feature, but this was not our experience. The room was strange and the bed was uncomfortable. Only one side of the bed had outlets and a side table. There was hardly room to open one full sized suitcase and the “closet” offered no viable storage.
I’ve stayed in nicer motels frankly but at least the location was optimal.

Well run, comfortable hotel.
Pros:

Really comfortable beds, very helpful staff, quiet with great aircon. Nice bathroom and toiletries. Staff found us a kettle within 10 minutes of asking and a minor plumbing hitch was sorted promptly.

Cons:

Not many bars/restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Between theatre and business districts so not much going on at the weekend during the day. Our room had a kitchen but no crockery or utensils at all, so kitchen was a waste of space.
