A kauciót 8 nap elteltével sem kaptam vissza. 3 ágyas szobát kértünk, egy kinyitható fotelt találtunk a szobában ágynemű nélkül. Mire nehezen szóba állt velünk a recepciós hölgy, mondta hogy húzzuk ki a fotelágyat. Kértünk ágyneműt - mondta ja majd küldet fel. Egy lepedő meg egy takaró volt a fotelre rakva - párna nem, mire a sétánkból visszaértünk

Pros:

L’emplacement est idéal, direct de l’aéroport O’Hare par la blue line en 45 minutes

Cons:

Personnel quasi absent même à l’accueil, enregistrement sur borne !
L’ascenseur en panne, n’en restait qu’un seul, attente de 5 à 7 minutes à chaque fois !
La formule petit-déjeuner n’en est pas une .. accès à la taverne d’à côté qui autorise à des menus salés exclusivement et un café ou un thé
