'glad it was clean inside though many repairs need to be made. I wouldn't stay here again.
Pros:

The staff was helpful and cheerful. when I lost the room key in the labeled envelope they gave me two changed keys. We got hot water quickly and the elevator we were next to wasn't noisy. It was quiet at night.

Cons:

the parking lot layout above ground was very difficult to maneuver in some spots. The outside carpet by the elevator was ripped and easy to trip over. The outlets on the bedside table didn't work. The light above one of the beds had no socket for bulb and didn't work, the outside light didn't work, wallpaper was peeling, TV guide didn't match the stations we actually got, and the beds didn't line up with the box spring and spring, so easily tripped over.

Good price for view & location, could use some more creature comforts

This is our second time staying here, the beds are not comfortable, my whole family struggled to sleep. And the first time our thermostat was broken and we cooked all night long in May. And this trip our room was also a little warmer than comfortable

Great location!
Pros:

It was a perfect location in Tahoe City. We were in the tower on the 5th floor with an amazing view of Lake Tahoe. They are very pet friendly and there is a dog park right across the street. So convenient!

The room was nice and it seemed to be in great shape. The bed wasn’t super comfortable (too soft for my liking).

Cons:

As I mentioned above, the bed wasn’t super comfortable - too soft for my liking and there was no air conditioning ( which was unfortunate as the daytime temps were in the high 80’s and low 90’s). But, luckily, because of the altitude of Tahoe City it cooled off nicely in the evening. So we slept with the windows open which made it comfy temp wise. The only downside to that is then you hear all the traffic noise and people walking around at night.

We were too busy to mind the TV not working. Said no connection made. Side controls didn’t work either so must of been signal. Not a deal breaker

It was a comfy room with nice staff. Pretty expensive for what it is, not a lot of parking, pretty run down

Beautiful location, cute tiny rooms, and clean.

Cons:

Right next to a busy road with non stop traffic throughout the night. Wall are so thin so you heard people walking past talking. Beds are terrible. Worst night of sleep out of 7 nights in a hotel. Mattress have got to be 20 years old. Thin and springs pocking you all night. Even my youngest complained about being sore.
