Pros:

Spotless. Lovely building and bedrooms. Good location. Thoughtful staff. It was my husbands birthday and they left a card and some macarons in the room.

Cons:

Expensive but so is all in Vancouver. Room 326 was very small for the price. We stayed 3 nights. Our middle night was disturbed. There is a company operating at the rear. A loud generator sounding noise started at 10pm and went on past midnight. The hotel know about this but didnt mention it. If you are a light sleeper do not stay in this room.
