Well located hotel in a lively neighborhood
Pros:

Very nice location for visiting Vancouver, with great availability from the staff. Clean room and good amenities.

Cons:

A bit noisy (we were right above the restaurant ventilation). There is no offer for breakfast at all in the hotel, but you have a number coffee shops around.

Our stay was great especially after we learned to travel west in the city.
Pros:

It was well run and clean.

Cons:

It was bordering on a bad part of town. Just a few blocks east was a large population of homeless.

Nicely designed quality experience
Pros:

An amazing experience to be staying in such a brand new and well designed room! We appreciated the space given by the suite option for our son and ourselves. Our son appreciated that he had his own TV in his room. There was a bit of traffic noise during the night as we were facing the busy street, but this hotel has been designed with beautiful quality furniture and linen which gave us a luxurious feeling.

Excellent stay.
Pros:

Beautiful boutique hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Easy check in/out. Staff was helpful, personable and accommodating. Great location. Easy walk to the cruise port. No breakfast buffet, bar or restaurant but lots within walking distance. Great Italian restaurant right next door. Would definitely stay there again.
