Cons:

El ascensor olía a cloaca. Parece que,como era domingo, aquello no podían arreglarlo hasta el lunes. No tenían servicio de habitaciones de viernes a domingo, ni cafeteria,circunstancia de la que creo que no advierten en su página web y que no me parece normal en un hotel de cuatro estrellas

Muy buen hotel, repetiría sin pensarlo.
Pros:

El hotel es muy cómodo, tienen un desayuno buffet super bueno con variedad de panes, frutas, zumos, cafe y demas... esta muy cerca de la estación del tren, en auto a 5 minutos y caminando alrededor de 15 minutos, el personal siempre estuvo atento, la habitación fue super comoda y la cama estaba bien.
Justo al frente del hotel esta el Corte Ingles, para realizar alguna compra.

Una buena estancia en León.
Pros:

El hotel está frente a un Corte Inglés y a unos 10 minutos caminando del centro histórico de León. Alrededor tiene varias cafeterías y restaurantes a pocos minutos caminando, para aquellos que no incluyen desayuno o cena. El servicio de habitaciones que tiene el Hotel no funciona el fin de semana que creo que son los días que menos oferta externa hay. El hotel es completamente accesible. El Hotel tiene una pequeña zona de cafetería tras la recepción en donde se encuentra una máquina de café, aunque no estaría mal que hubiera una en cada habitación. En cuanto a la habitación, esta tenía una buena vista de León, la cama es de un buen tamaño aunque las almohadas eran un poco blandas, para mi gusto. Lo mejor, el baño, por su tamaño, por los amenities, por el plato de ducha y por las toallas, muy mullidas.

Cons:

No hay servicio de habitaciones el fin de semana.
