Rooms are comfortable and everything is in the rooms that a person require. Spa was great with staff that is friendly and know how to treat a person. Cleaning crew was very friendly. Waiters was great with their service, food was delicious
Our room was next to the river but there is a smell of sewage early in the morning and at night from about 18h30, this caused us to close the door.
With breakfast there was only one person to make omelets and any other eggs, I would suggest that scrambled eggs and fried eggs be made ahead of time and placed in a warm tray
Clean rooms and friendly staff. They have nice conference facilities and they go out of their way to make everything comfortable - venue arranged per requirements. They provide as part of the package soup, popcorn, tea, coffee juices etc

Great place to escape the world
Breakfast was great. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was comfortable and very nice. Property is very nice and well situated.
The bar restaurant's food was not up to standard in relation with the value. Certain items on the Spa menu was also slightly overpriced for the treatments received.
This was our second time staying at Glenburn. Great location and comfortable rooms.

The aircon was not heating the room warm enough. The meals are a bit pricey, but tasted good.

Our room was in front of rock pool and close to the wedding venue, so if you going there for peace and nature it’s not the ideal room, very noisy with loud / drunk people
The staff were honestly the best ive ever experienced at any lodge.
A lot of activities especially for the little ones .its just so peaceful being surrounded by nature.
One of the rooms was smelling cigarette smoke when we checked in and they changed us into another room.We had to wait for our food for a long time .
