Pros:

Very accommodating (checked in late)
The scenery and greenery
The soundproofing is absolute in the suite

Cons:

Slow communication on WhatsApp
Telephone in the room made a weird noise throughout the day
The hot tub water didn't feel very clean.

It was beautiful and calm. The staff was friendly especially the receptionist.
Pros:

The swimming pools and activities that were available. The place is well taken care of. The grass is beautiful and green.

Cons:

The buffet dinner. There was variety of protein and starch however the vegetables were few. There was no pumpkin or spinach. Instead we were given 2 salads with mayonnaise: potato salad and coleslaw. I didn’t enjoy the chocolate pudding. The custard was very nice.

Very good, comfortable and enjoyable.
Pros:

Fully satisfied with the venue and services- the views also are stunning.
Gardens are well maintained.
Conference Rooms well set up, good audio and visual facilities to appreciate every speaker and presentation.

Cons:

Walk from the room to the venue- too many stairs - was fine for me but the elderly may be challenged.
Insufficient and unclear Signage to exit the premises with the car from my parking.

Glenburn lodge is set in the most magnificent location. It is really such a beautiful place with friendly staff and awesome amenities.

Very enjoyable stay.
Pros:

Beautiful location, the gardens are lovely. The spa was great. Food was good and the service was excellent. The facilities are good, a few pools to choose from, the prettiest mini golf course i have ever seen. Lots to do. A lovely wedding venue.

Cons:

The chalet we stayed in was old and run down, I expected a lot more for the price we paid. I did not see the hotel rooms so cannot comment on them.
