The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food was great. The massage at the spa was relaxing. The room and dinning area were warm. It was the break we needed.

Pros:

I love this place I've been here many times over the oast few years and we have seen the big upgrades with the facilities and rooms.

The electric blanket was good though, just the roo. Was cold and the blanket saved the day. Maybe gas heaters for the garden rooms

always 10 out of 10 for everything else.

We will be back soon family, thanks 😊

The aircon didn't heat the room up properly in room 24 so made it abit uncomfortable

Friendly people, good value, good food, fun activities.
Pros:

It is an extra cost to include breakfast and dinner but this was extremely good value for money. Insanely delicious food served by incredibly sweet and helpful servers. Honestly there are no words. It was incredible and the grounds were beautiful - we saw giraffes!

Cons:

Everything was perfect. Like I know this sounds unbelievable because there are so many bots that answer these reviews but like. Wow. Highly recommended stay.

Pros:

The area was lovely the Spa was great except for loud music coming from the pool side. Breakfast was good. The bed was very confirtable.

Cons:

Was looking forward to staying in the newly furbished rooms but was quite disappointing. thought it's very, very basic or cheaply done, could have done a lot more, didn't like the colours used. Beige and creams are more in than the grey. Can't say it's a lot better than before.😔
