Great value, location - hidden gem in Paris!
Pros:

The rooms were extremely clean, newly renovated and a good size by Paris standards. Very comfortable and there was good AC! Staff was also very kind. Location is also extremely convenient

Given the problems, I would not stay there again.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable, the overall location was good.

Cons:

The AC unit was broken and the staff seemed disinterested in fixing it in a timely manner. When asked to move to another room, the staff said they did not have any available rooms. Since the hotel and room were located on a busy street, it was difficult to open the windows, so the room became stuffy. Was manageable but not great.
