Just perfect
Pros:

Hotel in the prefect location. All staff amazing could not be more helpful. We arrived very early in the morning were able to leave the cases. They gave some directions and things we could go to close by and when we got back although way before our time to check in they had an room almost ready for us. So much appreciated. We had a suite and it was beautiful with amazing views of the mountains and Harbour. Very spacious living area, bedroom and bathroom with fab shower.
Thanks so much for making our time very special in Vancouver would recommend and return if I ever get back.

Pros:

The view from our room was spectacular as the windows faced the part of the port where the cruise ship anchors and unloads the passengers and it is an easy walk to the Canadian Place. The room was very clean.

However, it is a little further from the shopping areas like Robson Street

Great location especially for cruisers getting an Alaskan cruise
Pros:

The location again for Vancouver was fab and for us even better as was going on an Alaskan cruise and the port is literally a 3-5 min walk away.

Cons:

Felt like the hotel generally needed a revamp in terms of design- inc bedroom/bathroom.

Great views very cozy stay kind staff very spacious
Pros:

Closeness to the cruise port. Staff was really kind. The views incredible. Loved the size of the rooms. Would recommend to everyone and would love to stay here again visiting Vancouver again.

Cons:

These are by no means dealbreakers just somethings observed. Some of our light switches didn't work. A bit dusty when we first arrived. Lights were turned off at 1am till 5am during our stay but no big deal we were given a notice at our door at some point.

Pros:

Room large bed comfortable towels and shower lovely. Great location to cruise terminal and great bars and food area

Cons:

Power went out only hour after we arrived which made it difficult showering and unpacking in the dark and wasn't told at checkin

Excellent location & really lovely suite. Friendly & helpful staff.

Cons:

The lift broke down during my stay but hotel guests were able to use the residents lift that day until it was fixed.
