Nettes Zimmer, mehr auch nicht.

Die Lage ist top. Die Zimmer groß mit toller Aussicht.

Cons:

Bei der Ankunft mussten wir das Schlafsofa selbst herrichten (ausklappen, Bettzeug aus dem Schrank holen, …). Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn das schon vorbereitet gewesen wäre, zumal wir für vier Personen gebucht und gezahlt haben. In den nächsten Tagen kamen dann Situationen dazu wie fehlende Handtücher, fehlendes Klopapier, schmutzige Laken oder Handtücher wurden nicht gewechselt (obwohl wir sie extra auf den Boden legten), der Aufzug war kaputt, …

Location and rooms are great
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location close to Canada place and Gastown, lots of places to eat and get souvenirs. Pub is also really good.

Cons:

The pool is part of the fitness club and while you can use it, people go there to swim laps, so if you are looking for a place where you can chill by the pool with bar service this is not the place. Otherwise the hotel is great
