Pros:

The staff at the front desk was extremely kind and friendly as soon as we walked through the door. Our rooms were very clean and breakfast was delicious. Every staff member we encountered was extremely kind.

Breakfast organizer was friendly and efficient. Everything was very clean. Rooms were clean. We like the property.

Cons:

I asked the check in person if I could have the back building, for convenience in unloading all of our luggage. She said that it was an extra charge which didn't make sense at all since it is all one property and for most people the main building would be a better fit. I said that I was already paying $400+ a night and wouldn't pay anymore. She then looked and said that I was already booked into the back building. She was nice enough otherwise but I 100% did not appreciate that. No reason for an up charge. No reason not to say she will check on my request.

Very positive experience at Holiday Inn Paso Robles.
Pros:

Excellent service. Clean room and bathroom. Wonderful cotton quilted blanket. Comfortable beds. Front desk provided extra blankets. Was able to open window 4 inches for fresh area.
Complimentary breakfast provided a variety of breakfast items including hard boiled eggs and fresh fruit.
Front desk very pleasant.

A most wonderful stay!
Pros:

I highly recommend this hotel! It has a parking lot, which is a huge plus. 5 min drive from downtown. The room was comfortable, stocked with fridge and microwave, blackout window shades and good quality, fluffy pillows. I appreciate how the bathtub had a bathmat. The continental breakfast had many options and was more inclusive than other continental breakfasts I’ve had! The hours are also more reasonable - 7 to 10am instead of 6 to 9am like other hotels’ continental breakfasts that I’ve had . More convenient. All staff was friendly and polite. If I return to Paso Robles, I’ll stay here again!

It was only one night, at the end of a 3 week trip, it was fine and we slept well.
Pros:

Breakfast was good, and clean, with active employee who worked hard to keep up the quantity and quality of food and cleanliness of area.

Cons:

No complaints.

Probably, by some mistake, the room price was blocked twice on my card and stayed blocked until the check-out.

Great hotel! Excellent staff! Excellent accommodations! Loved the breakfast! The breakfast area was super super clean and the staff in the eating location were so friendly! Food was yummy.
