Close to the airport
One room had no shower curtain, only one usable towel as the other one was used & on the floor. Also half the carpet was wet from the air conditioning. Our other room smelt awful, like cat pee.
The fact the AC worked.
Room had rust everywhere, stains littered all surfaces, food from previous visitors was left.
AC looks like it was barely in the socket.
24 hour shuttle is NOT 24 hours false advertising.
Broken parts, unclean room, overall not the best. Went to take a shower and the part to pull up for it almost came off in my hand. I had to push the other part to the hottest setting to get even a little bit of hot water out. And when i went to use the body wash it was empty as well as the shampoo. Had to dig through my bag for mine while wet.
The staff was very nice and accommodating. The room was very damp. The carpet and bedding was always damp and it smelled moldy. It flared my allergies up. There's no breakfast and they kept closing the pool and the pool area was not well lit. Other than that the stay was good. Staff was awesome,there was just issues beyond thier control.

Not the cleanest most up to date stay over but John Brady was a very kind and upbeat face to greet after a long day. Went out of his way to accommodate and assist and sincerely wished a comfortable stay. Thanks for that human touch which is all too rare these days.

Staff dressed in street cloths, hotel is older and needs TLC. In order to get clean towels if you are a stay over, you have to put your dirty towels outside the door in the hallway👎

The room was dirty and dingy—peeling paint, used tissue and ear swab in and around the bedding, no one available at the check in counter after hours, and was an expensive stay. One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at.
Avoid this place, completely unclean, dirty, bad smell everywhere, no staff, feel unsafe also. I couldn’t stay more than couple of hours. Avoid it for your own safety and health

This property was not clean. The price was over inflated for what it had to offer.
Very little to be desired
Poor customer service! The front desk refused to give his name. Before we left the establishment we found out his name was “John”. Very impersonal, had to use a kiosk with a person from another country to check into my hotel room. The halls were filthy. Frozen breakfast sandwiches were set out at room temperature for customers. They had no juice for children. There was coffee stains on the wall and by 8 AM. There were no breakfast sandwiches left for others customers, even though it says breakfast is served until nine. There was dog hair in our hotel room. We had no pets. Unfortunately, I had to be on the road before 4 AM. My sister who accompanied me had to catch a flight to the airport and left the establishment around 9 AM. She found out after we checked in it would cost an additional five dollars for the shuttle to the airport. Also, it would appear if you share a sad story this “John”person gives out manager discounts. He stated to the customer behind my sister. “I don’t want to hear your life story. The best I can do for you is give you a manager special of $99.” I have always stayed at Wyndham hotels. This establishment gives Wyndham a bad name.
