Didn’t look like a finished property inside.
Served wine which was warm and tasted like vinegar.
Had to ask for pillows.
Didn’t supply tea or coffee in the room and if we wanted sachets we had to pay.
When checking in 2 people said room not ready then immediately room is ready after putting luggage in storage.
