Fijn hotel met lekker eten en centraal gelegen.
Pros:

Kamers zijn mooi ingericht. Bedden waren fijn. We logeerden in de loft waar er een extra etage inzit met een tweepersoons bed (dus mijn reisgenoot en ik konden apart liggen in tweepersoons bedden). De schommel is een bonus! Ontbijt was uitstekend, zeker ook voor mij (lactose en glutenvrij). Bus stopte voor de deur en binnen twee haltes ben je in centrum Berlijn. Zeker ook geschikt voor kinderen.

Cons:

Kamers waren erg warm, dus doe je automatisch het raam op een kier. Echter dan kreeg je veel geluid mee van de straat. Er zit echter wel een ventilator in de kamer. In de kamer zelf is geen koffie/thee, dit deel je met de gang.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Lage war für uns perfekt zum Besuch der Philharmonie. Supernettes Personal!

Cons:

Der extra Milchkaffee u. ä. musste zusätzlich bezahlt werden, das war nicht so ganz vier Sterne-Niveau. Die Betten waren nicht bequem, viel zu weiche Matratzen.

Visuel, og sanselig oplevelse.
Pros:

Helt særlig atmosfære, med Bali-look. Der var virkelig kælet for sanserne med det visuelle. Sådan en lidt drømmende og magisk stemning. Duftede skønt af “spa” på alle gangene. Super fint værelse - med hems, og gynge.
Meget sødt og imødekommende personale.
Morgenmad med øko produkter . God kvalitet og fint udvalg.
Lidt blandet område hotellet ligger i… med strip klub lige overfor hotellet, men mange spændende restauranter. Tænker området er up-coming.
Fine senge.

Cons:

Manglede natbordslamper og flere stikkontakter.
Liiidt hurtig housekeeping imellem vores nætter på hotellet. Våde håndklæder lå fortsat på gulv. Der var dog lagt nye.

Great location, not too far from Berlin Train Station, bus stop right outside. Loved the look and feel of the hotel and room. Comfy bed.

Cons:

Only one teensy issue, the bathroom door was hung in a way that made it difficult to get in and out of the bathroom. But would not stop me from returning!

Es war ein perfektes Wochenende!
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr schön, zwar recht klein aber trotzdem alles da was man brauchte.
Toller Service, leckeres Frühstück und auch extrem leckeres Abendessen.

Form over substance
Pros:

Good central location, and an interesting concept, but very noisy - the street noises - parties, ambulancs, traffic, go-go club across the road etc all night into the morning - relentless. Good quality bedding. Comfortable beds.

Cons:

Well, it is a 'sustainable hotel'... meaning no aircon. There was a ceiling fan, but in the summer heat it did little and the window had to stay open letting in relentless city noise. There was no fridge (a huge issue when outside is 30 degrees) and no kettle in the room. This was an issue for me. A kettle station could be found in the corridor for communal use - but offered only paper cups - these are definitely not eco-friendly(!).

There was very little or no communication between the reception staff. I arrived late in the night after arranging my late arrival and had big issues cheching in. Staff unhelpfull at least. Parking that I pre-booked was a joke or rather horror. It was located and shared with a communal building. The parking building was dirty and smelled of urine. Highly unpleasant.

Finally the room - it was cramped and the quality of furniture and finishing was poor - looked great on the pictures though.

I booked a one family room for a few days, and then my daughter stayed a few extra days in a smaller room - after I left she was required to put a deposit to check in, despite the fact that the room was fully paid for. and no depost was required for the family room from me. I felt really offended by this.
