Cold! One thin cover, i slept fully dressed.

Breakfast ordinary especially for the price.
No serving spoons, i grabbed loads of normal spoons and set it up for them.
There were 2 small pastries no refils.

Great common facilities and location good. Check out very easy and parking great.

Cons:

Rooms are good, carpet feeling a little old. Check in would have been ok but printer didn’t work so had no idea what room I was in. Had to find staff member.

A convenient stay, but let down by cleanliness, noise, and the single key issue.
Pros:

The Mercure has improved since our last stay, and we appreciated being able to order room service, enjoy a drink at the bar, and check in at any time with the 24/7 system.

Cons:

The Mercure Manly Warringah would benefit from improvements in service quality and facility upkeep to align with its brand standards. The bathroom could use a deep clean, as there was noticeable mould in the shower that would benefit from a dose of bleach. The room was also quite noisy due to guests smoking and drinking outside throughout the night. While the 24/7 check‑in system was convenient and allowed us to arrive without staff assistance, it only issued one room key per room, which was inconvenient
