would have been good value when i first looked, but pqid over the value in the end

Room was clean, bed nice

Cons:

went to book a week ealier and it was $148 per night. Booking did not go through. when i finally booked it was over $200 per night. Car park was extra $20 per night, Meals were extra, so I did not have any meals

Our stay was comfortable just felt it could have been cleaner.
Cons:

The cleanliness of the bathroom was disappointing, there was a lot of dust and hairs on the floor as if it had not been properly cleaned.

Very enjoyable time had by all.
Pros:

Great location for the football, Brookvale Hotel, Curl Curl Parkrun. All within walking distance. Easy bus ride into Manly. Clean room with comfortable beds.
