Wrong room service. You had one job!

Pleasant and comfortable stay.
Pros:

The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. Access to Wi-Fi was good and process for using streaming service smooth. Room had kettle, some plates & cutlery which allowed me to keep cost down by having breakfast in my room.

Cons:

Hotel is a little distance from stops, cafes, beach etc. Whilst they are still within walking distance it's not a short walk. That said, there is a very good, and frequent, public bus service available and a bus stop close by.

Pros:

Brief stopover , central too our meeting up with acquaintances. No traffic noise.

Cons:

No tea coffee in room for refreshing cuppa on arrival. Convulated entry into room with luggage distance and access through dining area.

Disappointing and not worth the money for a noisy night’s sleep.

Location, cleanliness, attractive lobby

Cons:

There was a generator type sound that could not be turned off at night. When I rang the staff twice about it they were unhelpful, politely telling me that it was the heater, how to turn it off (instructions I followed to the letter) and then when I rang back saying it wasnt working they just said politely that it will take a while to turn off ( which it never did do). No offer to come and actually hear what I was talking about and to help me.
