Great location to watch the football, rooms old for the price and staff not helpful
Pros:

Hotel was close to 4 Pines Park which I feel majority of people were staying there for the football alone

Cons:

Hotel was picked as it states parking on site no reservations required. However when we got there the young lady behind the counter said sorry our car park is full you will need to find street parking .. there is a football game on we had to park 3 kn away from the hotel even though lots of people were parked in the 15 minute only parking and did not move .. we were not advised this was an option .. also the lady just gave me the key no instructions on where the room was . Just sorry find your own parking

Location good, bed comfortable, bathroom needed a clean
Pros:

The bed was quite comfortable. The location was close to the venue I needed to go to that evening. I didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that.

Cons:

The parking was full. There was very little street parking due to a football game in the area so i needed to park a fair way from the hotel and walk in the rain back to the hotel. The shower cubicle and bathroom floor were fairly dirty, there was a scrunched up face washer from the previous inhabitant of the room which hadn't been cleared. There was no floor towel provided so I had to use one of the face washers.

Too expensive for the hotel and you take advantage of patrons charging them for nearby events!!
Pros:

Close to the event I had booked in for!

Cons:

I could not have a hot shower, there was only cold water, very poor depending how much I had to pay for the night! I also bought ONE chocolate Kit Kat which the sign said $3.00 but was charged $6.00, I do expect a refund of $3.00

Would Stay Again!
Pros:

All but one staff member was friendly and helpful. Great location within walking distance to big shopping mall, bus stops, fast food etc. Room and housekeeping staff were great. Would definitely stay here again.
Resonably priced about mid range but great considering the location.

Cons:

A bit stingy with the toilet paper. One staff member was definitely not as pleasant to deal with as the rest.

Accommodation nice but for the price breakfast was only ok
Pros:

Very close to everything

Cons:

Breakfast.. at 8am there was no bacon .. no eggs
No cups for the tea and coffee..
When I asked about the food said “oh sorry will have to cook more” which took 25 min.
The hotel was full because of the football so they would have known a lot of people for breakfast .. which there was and a lot waiting ..

Great quiet convenient location with helpful staff.
Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff. Great that the room I had included a window that I could open for fresh air. Good size rooms.

Cons:

That if you can't park on the street you have to pay for on-site parking.
