Personale davvero molto gentile e cordiale, hanno risposto a tutte le mie domande e mi hanno anche dato consigli utili sulla mia visita. Camera molto carina e pulita, i prodotti come shampoo e bagnodoccia davvero utili, letto formidabile!

Excellent location for an overnight stay in Bristol.
Pros:

Very helpful reception staff (special thanks to Noah and Olivia) and the staff serving breakfast were also very pleasant.
Excellent breakfast. The suite which we had as one of our rooms was beautiful and had everything one could wish for.
The other room was also good.
Both rooms had great showers with plenty of hot water, tea and coffee making facilities etc.
All the staff we met were friendly and helpful.
Parking was easy and we were able to charge our car overnight.

This is a lovely, classy, friendly place: the antidote to sterile chain hotels.
Pros:

Lovely, classy hotel in a handsome terraced building, with tasteful and comfortable furnishing. All sorts of attention to detail, such as the bathroom furnishings and the quality of the tea-making setup in the room. Lovely friendly staff.

We will be back, excellent hotel
Pros:

The location was within a 15 to 30 minute walk of nearly all the top sightseeing destinations. The room was spacious and clean. The staff were amazing and the food was delicious

Cons:

Only that we couldn't really use the bar when wete there because of private parties. But they did phone us in advance to warn us of this

Jolie hôtel en revanche beaucoup de détails à corriger , à revoir surtout end F&B !
Pros:

Tres jolie chambre bien que petite avec de belles touches de deco !! Le coin coffee/tea tres agreable !

Cons:

Il manque la Clim car il faisait très chaud dans la chambre . La moquette renvoie de la poussière et chaleur ! Un joli parquet serait mieux .
Petit déjeuner : pas d assiettes au buffet , pas de croissants et quand on demande 1/2 heure avant la fin du service ( j attendais qu on en ramène ) On vous dit que c est trop tard!! Bref l assiette des croissants est restée vide pendant la moitié du service . Il semble qu on soit très économe . Tout semblait être calculé! C est très désagréable !
Le lait devrait être dans de la glace et non posé sur la table surtout quand il fait 30 degrés !
