Pobyt v Hotely Charles len pre nenáročných

Jediné, čo v tomto hotely hodnotím pozitívne boli raňajky.

Cons:

No, ani neviem kde začať... Hotel sa nachádza ďaleko od mestskej hromadnej dopravy. Check-in trvá hotelovému personálu dlho a neprofesionálne. Najviac ma zaskočila otázka: "Ste fajčiarka ? Lebo celý hotel je nefajčiarsky." Izby sú na medziposchodiach, čiže keď človek vystúpi z výťahu s kufrom a batožinou, čakajú ho ešte schody. Chodba k izbám páchne za cigaretami a pripomína lacný internát. Hotelová izba je pomerne veľká, ale vybavenie je zastaralé a takmer všetko poškodené, odbité, prasknuté a nefunkčné, dvere do izby sa nedajú zatvoriť, sklenená výplň vo dverách sa trasie, okná netesnia a do izby fúka vietor, vypínače a elektrické zásuvky sú staré a špinavé, v kúpeľni pri umývadle je vodovodná batéria, ktorá takmer presahuje umývadlo, vaňa je úplne zodratá, v izbe sa nachádza aj malá kuchynka s rýchlovarnou kanvicou a chladničkou s minibarom. Hotel sa nachádza pri rušnej ceste, ráno o 06.00 hod. vás zobudia hluční smetiari. Posteľ, matrac aj posteľná bielizeň sú v poriadku. V kúpeľni je dostatok uterákov aj toaletného papiera, mydlo má veľmi príjemnú vôňu. Avšak cena 83,- € na osobu na noc je tá najväčšia drzosť akú si tento hotel mohol dovoliť ! Pobyt v hotely Charles neodporúčam !

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Przystanek autobusowy pod hotelem. Duży parking. Pokoje duże, wygodne z aneksem kuchennym. Pokoje od strony podwórka ciche. Dobre WiFi. Klimatyzacja. Czysto.

Cons:

Winda zatrzymuje się na półpiętrze więc trzeba podejść do góry lub w dół na właściwe piętro. Restauracja zamknięta w weekendy.

Excellent hotel with very good staff.
Pros:

We booked the hotel at the last minute through LoveHolidays. The room we'd booked wasn't available, so they upgraded us at no extra cost.
The hotel was easy to get to from where the airport bus dropped us in Pest. Using there BudapestGo app we'd bought a 72 hour pass, so took another bus which dropped us right outside the hotel.
Check in was easy and we were shown to our room which was on the 6th floor. The staff here are very friendly, helpful and professional. The hotel is very clean and the facilities are very good, Our room was a Studio Deluxe and was very comfortable. The only thing that would been better is if they had provided a few more complimentary thing such as the shampoo/body wash and tea, coffee & milk.
We paid for breakfast each morning and it was excellent. A buffet breakfast with plenty of options.
With several bus stops close to the hotel it's easy to plan your trips to the sights, but we also took advantage of the excellent taxis (Bolt/Uber) which are cheap and reliable. There isn't much in the immediate area, but on our first day we had a late lunch in the hotel restaurant and the food and service were very good.
You'd be nearer to the action if you stayed in Pest, but otherwise I can highly recommend Hotel Charles and would definitely return there.
