Good Stay at Scandic Södra Kajen
Pros:

I had a very pleasant stay at Scandic Södra Kajen. The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of options and something for everyone.
The only downside is the location, as the hotel is quite far from Stockholm city centre. You need to rely on public transport or taxis to reach the main attractions and central areas, which can be a little inconvenient.
Overall, it was a good experience, especially for the comfortable stay and excellent breakfast. I would recommend it to travellers who don’t mind being a little away from the city centre.

Cons:

I would also suggest that management provide additional customer-service training for some members of the reception team. I am not referring to all the staff, but a few members could improve their attitude and caring approach towards guests. A more welcoming and attentive approach at reception would make the overall guest experience much better.

Fint hotell med roliga aktiviteter för barnen och fint spa och skybar.
Pros:

Bra system med slot-tider på frukosten. Bra frukostutbud. Fint spa och fin utsikt från skybaren.

Cons:

Rummet hade inga fönster. En av sängarna var en knarrig bäddsoffa. Juicen var blaskig.

It was decent stay but not worth it for what we paid.
Pros:

Hotel is quite close to a bus stop that takes you to the city center.
Breakfast was decent.
There were a lot of actvities that you can do as a family there.
The room view was great since you can see the outside view where those cruise ships are docking.
It was quite quiet during our stay even though there were ongoing construction nearby.

Cons:

We came late and they were not able to accomodate us immediately due to their credit card system is down.
And when we got room and was about to rest since it was an early flight for us. The bunk bed was dirty and had a bug(small cockroach) on it. I took a photo and told them what we experienced. Then they moved us to a different room and gave a 1 day breakfast complimentary.
I guess they don’t clean so well since the toilet was still flithy and we were not been able to request for cleaning since you always need to go to the front desk to request for it.
The price (500€) was not worth it for that. No small fridge, no electric kettle and no water nor glass.
I guess they need to be audited for this.

Pros:

Staff alla reception estremamente gentile e disponibile, camera ampia e molto pulita, colazione ricca.
L'albergo è molto comodo se si arriva con la nave, di fatto è al porto. Non è vicinissimo al centro, ma prendendo il bus 76 in circa 20-25 minuti si arriva in centro.
