Good stay, helpful staff.
Pros:

The front desk reception on arrival was very good and helpful. Breakfast was ok, a good range but none of the fruit juices had been filled up so we’re limited and there was no bread for toast.
The front desk desk really helpful.

Cons:

Cotton buds from a previous guest still in the room bin.

Pros:

Location was great for the event we attended.
Hotel looked aesthetically nice.

Cons:

Entrance was unwelcoming (looked closed) until you got inside.
Some of Bar staff seemed inexperienced.
Menu could have been better.

Excellent place to stay, would stay again.
Pros:

Very friendly staff, spacious bar area. The room was clean and comfortable, if a little bit tired in places. Would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

I didn't have breakfast, seemed a little expensive at £15.

Pros:

Great room, excellent staff in every part of their hotel doing a great job on a busy day.

Cons:

The only problem we had during our stay was with the wi-fi. Boosting the signal to the rooms would be really helpful.
