A Slice of Brooklyn Charm
Pros:

KLO House was conveniently located, clean, comfortable, and extremely well managed! They were able to hold our bags in a secured location while we explored the city before our check-in time. The Subway is a short walk away, which made it easy to get anywhere in a timely manner. We stayed in room 3 with the private balcony. It was nice to have the extra space to hang out on in the mornings and evenings, when weather allowed. The house is overall comfortable, and they have a shared kitchen with a free water dispenser, which was an absolute lifesaver! The surrounding neighborhood was my favorite part! It was fun to explore the nearby bodegas, restaurants, and bars. I highly recommend Cotton Bean for a phenomenal coffee! Also, Kissa Kissa is a charming jazz bar that is a short walk away from KLO House. 10/10 a fantastic stay! If I ever find myself in the area again, I would not hesitate to book with KLO House.

Simple room with limited facilities
Pros:

Very clean with a good location.

Cons:

Very small room with no television. It had a shared kitchen and the bathroom, not shared in fairness, was located on the landing
I would have expected more for my 1 night stay.

Pros:

La posizione a Brooklyn è molto agevole con le fermate della subway a portata di mano, il quartiere di saint marks e’ sicuro ed accogliente, la signora che cura la struttura e’ molto socievole e ti da consigli preziosi per muoversi al meglio.

Location and staff were great but the room was small and overpriced for what was offered
Pros:

I chose KLO for the location, which was perfect for my purposes in visiting my son. The staff was very polite and helpful and the room was quite clean.

Cons:

The room was very small and the bathroom was down the hall. This would not have been an issue if I thought it was priced fairly, but it was not. It was same as a nice hotel but substandard when compared to a hotel in Brooklyn.
