This one staff member i believe her name is merlene. I got very sick the night before and I called downstairs. And I explained, I needed the room for another day, and she told me that I had to come downstairs and bring my ID and my credit card, I explained, I was still throwing up, I asked her if she could just please come up stairs. And I would slide it through the door. She said, no I needed to go down stairs. I offered to pay $10. Send somebody up, please. She said, no, she could not do that.\n It wasn't so much that she said no. It was the attitude I got with it. She was very cold, no compassion. If it was me, I would have helped her. I've been in customer service. Also a caregiver, she needs to be either retrained or let go. Then she calls me later and said she'll be up for my driver's license , so I sat there 4 2 hours waiting for her to come to my room.\n I couldn't take a nap. I was still sick. I think the person that trained her should have a long talk with her.

Very clean facility and room, disappointed that pool wasn’t heated.
Pros:

A pool, and full breakfast. The hotel was exceptionally clean and staff extremely friendly.

Cons:

The pool was not heated, and our kids were upset that we couldn’t swim because it was freezing.

Breakfast was lacking pancakes and ran out of eggs several days in a row - which was disappointing to our kids.

Pros:

This hotel is so good. The room is clean and practical with microwave, capsule coffee machine. The staff is so kind. The price is good. I highly recommend this hotel when you stay in Santa rosa.

Cons:

If there was more kind of breakfast, it would be better.

Good location but horrible beds !
Pros:

Clean
Stall was friendly and attentive
Good location near freeway and shopping

Cons:

THE BEDS, like sleeping on a large Marshmallow. Horrible. Not a firm spot on the entire mattress.
Rooms were very small and crowded. Very hard to access window shad cords to close the main shade.

It was not worth the $300 we paid. We left without staying and found other accommodations.

The front desk assistant was very nice

Cons:

As soon as we walked into the room it smelled like someone had recently taken a fresh poop in the bathroom. The toilet paper was disheveled like someone had clearly recently used it. It was very apparent and extremely off putting when we walked in.
