We loved the beds, the breakfast, the cleanliness, the staff. We were particularly happy that it had a pool.
The pool was t heated so we couldn’t use it. The AC was either blowing like crazy (even on low fan) or the room was too hot. Rather noisy with guests upstairs, garbage trucks crashing outside and traffic noises.
Comfortable bed nd they actually remembered my extra pillows! Yay!
It was a little noisy at 3am and breakfast was only okay.

This one staff member i believe her name is merlene. I got very sick the night before and I called downstairs. And I explained, I needed the room for another day, and she told me that I had to come downstairs and bring my ID and my credit card, I explained, I was still throwing up, I asked her if she could just please come up stairs. And I would slide it through the door. She said, no I needed to go down stairs. I offered to pay $10. Send somebody up, please. She said, no, she could not do that.\n It wasn't so much that she said no. It was the attitude I got with it. She was very cold, no compassion. If it was me, I would have helped her. I've been in customer service. Also a caregiver, she needs to be either retrained or let go. Then she calls me later and said she'll be up for my driver's license , so I sat there 4 2 hours waiting for her to come to my room.\n I couldn't take a nap. I was still sick. I think the person that trained her should have a long talk with her.
