Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful, they helped us out with catching the shuttle from the airport to the hotel when we returned our rental car. Very informative, we had a beautiful stay with them.

No loyalty!
Pros:

Hotel housekeeping discarded my $750 dental device and management took no action. I have stayed at this hotel and have almost 1000 Hilton nights where I never experienced this poor response to an issue.

Convenient and a great staff added to the comfort!!
Pros:

Super friendly and accommodating staff - went above and beyond every time I had a request.
Ordered dinner and took it to my room - so I could be on a zoom call.
Loved the fresh fruit - included Pineapple!! Breakfast cooked to order - Bacon just the way I like it!!
Also appreciated the park and stay rate for parking and the great shuttle rides to airport.

Everything was great Gloria and the new girl ( Cynthia) were really nice help us with our check in and told us about the amazing food at the bar and waffle house was a plus

Raúl is the best
Pros:

Once again, Raul, the chef, is the best part of this stay! He is so kind and always makes me feel welcomed and at home. Can’t say enough good things about him! Our company continues to stay at this hotel primarily because of how great Raul is. Rooms are clean, pool and gym are nice, it’s a good spot.
