Overall, I expected better service with a price tag this high.
Pros:

Location to domestic flights were easily accessible.

Cons:

The staff. The place felt cold. I was travelling with my mum who is in her 70s and we had quite a bit of luggage. We were sent up to our room to manage our luggage on our own. It might be their policy but it would have been very helpful to have some help.

Very good customer service. Excellent room.
Pros:

On site onsen. Very clean. Spacious well appointed room. People in tea room where we drank matcha were very friendly and helpful. The helped us find the time table for the bus to the outlet mall and we also learned where the bus stops were.

It is very near to new chitose airport with directly connected to international terminal and 10 min walk to domestic terminal. A good location to stay if you are arriving late in the evening.
