Gone down hill
Pros:

Clean and comfortable bed

Cons:

Fan in bathroom didn't work. No teaspoons in the building to make coffee with. Power went out and had to figure out who to call and wait for them. Don't even know what the kids were on next door while partying with no staff there ... And yet still so expensive

Won't stay there again.
Pros:

Room was excellent.

Cons:

Underground carpark- MAJOR safety & security issue. Dirty carpark & freshly broken glass from car break-ins on the floor area. Big signage about security issue. Decided to park elsewhere after unloading the car. Stairwell from carpark to reception is creepy too, doesn't feel safe at all. Carpets in main area are bunched up and frayed (!), a tripping hazard aside from being unsightly.

Great value for the price
Pros:

We have stayed here quite a few times and it is always consistent of what the photos look like online. Staff are very friendly, we had to have a late check in and the staff member was great at guiding us to where to get our room access. We will stay here again

Cons:

The only thing we found that is annoying is that there is no lift to access the rooms you have to go through the car park and up stairs.
