Badezimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen
The receptionists were lovely, very friendly and helpful.
The breakfast was nice but the coffee machines are useless you get half a cup and it's barely warm, There were two but every day one wasn't working, it's advertised that if you need an iron reception will send one to you, but they don't they have an ironing room with one iron and ironing board for the whole hotel which was frustrating, they should have enough to send up to rooms ,

This is my second stay in this hotel. Excellent location. Very spacious rooms. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Amazing view from the room.

Camera molto spaziosa con arredamento moderno, comodo e funzionale. Molto luminosa grazie alla grande finestra con vista sul fiume. Letti veramente confortevoli e di dimensioni più grandi rispetto allo standard. Pulizia eccellente. Colazione varia e abbondante. Posizione ottima, in 5 minuti a piedi si raggiunge il centro in zona pedonale. L'hotel non ha il parcheggio ma ha l'area di sosta carico/scarico bagagli e a un centinaio di metri c'è un autosilo che costa max 10 euro per 24 ore.
Avrei preferito la vasca al posto della doccia ma si tratta di gusti personali.
Great location, very clean hotel with a fantastic view
Only negative was that there was nowhere to sit and have a drink and a bit of lunch on arrival as the bar and restaurant only opened in the evening. As check in was not until 3 had to leave the hotel in the rain to find somewhere. If it was not for the weather this would not have been a problem

Great location and easy to walk into town centre. Good access to the river and lake . We walked to Malgrate to swim in the Lake , which was just over the bridge .
Dated bathrooms could do with showers not over the bath .
The staff around the hotel were not very friendly apart from the receptionists who were very friendly.
