Excellente communication avant l'arrivée, accueil très chaleureux et très professionnel (merci à la jeune femme de l'accueil, si sympathique!)l, chambre spacieuse, impeccable et au calme. Le service a été irréprochable tout au long de mon séjour. Le petit-déjeuner était tout simplement délicieux (et encore mieux que ça!), avec des produits d'excellente qualité et beaucoup de choix. Tout était parfait.
Je recommande vivement cet hôtel et j'y reviendrai avec grand plaisir !

An exceptional stay! Excellent communication, a wonderfully warm and highly professional welcome, and an immaculate, peaceful room. The service was outstanding throughout my stay. The breakfast was simply delicious (it was awesome!), with excellent products and great variety. Everything was perfect.

My wife and I chose this hotel based on reviews and the location, as our son lives in the neighborhood. What a fantastic choice we made. Every single member of the staff that we had contact with was kind, cordial and very helpful. The room we had was small (as expected) but was immaculately clean, the linens/towels/pillows were in excellent condition. The shower and bathroom were perfect. Great TV. Safe in the room was nice. When we booked we added daily breakfast and what a smart choice that was. Very good breakfast was served every morning. Lots of choices of pastries/breads/fruits/meats/yogurt/juices and a great coffee machine. The gentleman who worked in the breakfast area was particularly on top of things and very helpful.
Oh, and the air conditioning....the 6 days were stayed there were very hot days. Most places (like almost none) have A/C. This motel does. It was an absolute game changer after to hot/sweaty day out seeing the sights, to come back to a clean, comfy, cool room was the perfect end of the day.
Close to lots of restaurants (seems like everyplace in Paris is close to a lot of restaurants), close to Metro stops. Really a great location.

Vicino alla stazione della metro. La zona non è delle migliori la sera ma fino alle 22 si può uscire tranquillamente.
Gestione perfetta della struttura e grande disponibilità anche all'uso del deposito bagagli.
Il wi-fi in camera è l'unica cosa migliorabile, un pò lento ed instabile.

El personal muy amable. Las habitaciones siempre muy limpias. El desayuno es espectacular 😊. Zona muy segura y cercana para hacer buenas caminatas.
Solo para mejorar condiciones de seguridad al salir de la tina de baño; no hay agarraderas y es muy alto para salirte solo.

The front desk staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about transportation around the city. The front desk staff took care of sending a few packages home for a reasonable fee.
I'd have preferred it to have been closer to the places I wanted to go, however, I would stay there again because it was a wonderful experience. The breakfast was p very French and staff was always present to clean up after everyone.
