I’m very pleased with my staying in Hotel du Plat d’Etain! Everything was perfect! The staff is extremely helpful and welcoming; the room was very clean and had a comfortable bed; the room and bedroom size fitted very well for me; the breakfast was always perfect, with a good variety and delicious food! There are many several coffee shops and restaurants near the hotel, as well as supermarket and laundry! Also, there is a metro station less than 1 minute walking from the hotel! Overall, I strongly recommend the hotel for anyone who goes to Paris!

The lift is tiny but this is understandable in an older building.
We were told by some people that the area is less safe than others due to street crime but we saw no evidence of this and felt safe. There was always a security guard in reception.
Our experience of the airport shuttle was not great. This is not the hotel's fault but the driver was not very confident or safe.

Neighborhood is generally safe and interesting, with the canal nearby. Lots of young people. Some evidence of shuttered businesses on some streets. Other streets are bustling.

Die Unterkunft war sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war reichlich, vielseitig und gut präsentiert. Das Hotel befindet sich zwei Minuten zu Fuss von der Metro entfernt - alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut erreichbar. Das Zimmer ist gut eingerichtet u.a. mit Kaffeemaschine und Zubehör, bequemes Bett sowie modernes Badezimmer
mit Dusche.
Es gab nichts auszusetzen.
Central, very close to the metro. The room that we were given was very big and spacious.
No kettle to make tea in the room. Also we were bombarded by the check in man to book a transfer minibus which were weren’t sure about and he was quite abrupt when we told him we weren’t sure and wanted to decide later, which wasn’t an option. He also mentioned that we would have to catch a bus and train to the airport when actually it was a short walk and one direct train.
