Just OK
Pros:

Nice place and location very good as close to town. It is however quite dated and had to complain about the toilet.
Night we checked in, it did not work. Desk person came up to try and fix and worked only once. Not working in morning either. Luckily stayed just the one night and they could not provide a different room. No maintenance on was on sight and she was only person on staff. The convenience store was practically empty. I was told they were full so would think it would be stocked. We were not there during ski season so no bar or restaurant that is otherwise available. Did love the heated pool!

Cons:

Should have full time maintenance. This was not the weekend but a weeknight. They were also repairing the elevator that didn't work.

I would stay there again. They were bought out by new owners in January and are going to undergo renovations. Nice heate

I have now stayed here 3 times and love it. It’s very centrally located and staff are very nice.

Cons:

Unfortunately this time I had a beautiful room that was bigger than previous 2 visits. and was blown away at first. However, later in the evening when I was excited to use the jet tub in the bathroom the jets did not work. Also the television in the bedroom did not work either. As it was late and we only stayed 1 night I didn’t call for maintenance and reported it in the morning. So that was a disappointment.

Room 101 should be used for storage, not as a guest room.
Pros:

The size of the bed was adequate, and I appreciated having a fridge and microwave in the room.

Cons:

- no phone, no coffee maker, no “do not disturb” sign, no headboard
- View out the window is of a rock wall four feet from the window
- Loud noise from “sprinkler room” 24/7
- Elevator next to room
- Paper thin walls- conversations in hallway are crystal clear
- Parking lot all the way to lobby door is gravel- must carry luggage
- “Bear essentials” cooler had exclusively water and hardly any food
- trash still in bin in a “clean room”

Very disappointing

Basement room, dark, no ventilation, space heater was on high when we walked in room felt like a sauna could not open window, carpeting was dirty, only had Roku television with many blocked channels. Very disappointed from the description.

Cozy but unsure I would return with out some refreshing.
Pros:

The room was clean but VERY Dated. The hallways and elevator absolutely gave me the ICK, Stained carpets uneven flooring and dirty walls... We didn't use the pool but it looked clean enough and was warm. The best part for us the the bartender/cook he was funny kind and awesome at his job he definitely made up for the grungy halls lol. The outside pond and "hangout" area is very nice.

Vacation from hell.
Pros:

Nothing stands out. I guess we didn't get assaulted.

Cons:

Booked thru Booking. Com. They must find the worst room. Security lock not working. Bathroom: no bath available for 6 yr. Old . She couldn't flush the toilet and panicked and tried the door which was stuck
Blinds didn't block light and the lights from outside entrance were very bright. 6yr old Grandchild refused to stay so my son took here home. So far I paid for 4 and had only2. 3 nights instead of 2 the app said was all set. The hotel would not
help with that. I get it but why use them? Changed rooms. Not even going back

Potential to be a nice place
Pros:

I can't believe RCI allows places like this in the offering. It reminded me of a place my family might of stayed in when I was a child in 1960's. The good - bed was comfortable, all the staff was nice. Nice sitting area in the lobby and a restaurant and bar however it wasn't open when we were there. Reality, the flooring must be 20+ years old, the smell I couldn't get rid off although I sprayed lysol throughout a couple times a day. The frig was horrible, noisy and ruined our food as certain shelf froze everything on them. The bathroom is the size of a closet, old furniture. finally got the bedroom window open but couldn't close it. The cooling systems were extremely noisy. The kitchen was poorly equipped. The frying pan was horrible so I told it to the front desk and was given a brand new one with a lid. Bad towels. We suffered through a few days to see what we wanted and then left. Waste of an exchange
