Very pleasant staff, and a basic but clean room, well situated for my purpose. It was small but the bed was comfy.
The steep and narrow stairs were a challenge, fortunately I only had a small bag. I don't remember seeing a warning about this?
Understandably, there is some low noise from neighbours, it's an old building and the walls are not soundproof. But not enough to disturb.

Nagyon fel kellene újítani a hotelt. A lépcsőzés borzasztó volt. A fiataloknak nem volt kellemetlen. A fürdőszoba nagyon rossz állapotban van, a zuhanyból alig folyt víz, hosszú ideig kellett zuhanyozni. Szappan, tusfurdo volt, de nem használtam.
Hotel was perfectly adequate for an overnight visit to London. Clean functional and the staff were first class.
The chap on reception was extremely polite and most helpful. Breakfast was excellent but what I really liked there was I had 2 poached eggs. When served, the chef came to me to say one of the eggs was hard so if I wanted him to, he'll make another. It was fine but that was most fabulous service and that's how I judge any company. How do they react if something may be wrong. They were perfect

Parking was easy and convenient. Its position in Boston Manor road was good. Breakfast was good.
The stairs! To make 76yr olds climb three flights of stairs is atrocious. The room was "tired", old-fashioned. One of the staff could not understand English well.

Our room was tiny and people in the next room kept banging doors, we were 2 females with cases no lift and no staff offered any help to carry them to our room, breakfast was OK just not enough toast

Location was close to a venue I was visiting.
Need some tlc. Beds ok but furniture and en white needs a re vamp. Cheap ingredients used for breakfast such as the bread, small eggs. Minute portions. Stairs tricky for people with mobility issues. No lift. Main road noise during the day. Slept well at night though. Woken early due to traffic again. No guidance as to how to queue for breakfast. You find out for yourself. No housekeeping talk upon arrival. Given keys and on your way. No air con. Fan provided. No ironing board to iron clothes. Given an iron only. What do you expect me to iron on exactly? The bed!
