Cons:

Sistema ar condicionado quarto não tinha/ tem controle individual.Estamos no inverno e o controle central deixa muito calor nos quartos.Fui obrigado a abrir janela para ficar mais confortável no quarto( estamos no inverno e frio aqui!!!)…falha grave para rede NH
Avisei funcionários mas!!!
Por estar no centro tem ruído constante de carros etc…
Que atrapalham as vezes pela noite.
Poucos elevadores mas pela baixa ocupação funcionaram regular.
Hotel da rede NH mais fraco que fiquei até hoje.
