Locationnis excellent. It spa / hotel . Place to rewind.food is 3xcellent as well. Nice beach nice garden.
Zu viele Gäste ohne Niveau
Absolutely loved everything about the hotel. Unbelievable lake and mountain views from the rooms. We were a family of 4, we had the room with the balcony. The room was spacious enough for all of us (2 kids 4 and 9 years old). Location is great, less than 10 mins from old town and the main train station. Super helpful and friendly staff. We got really lucky with the weather that week (2nd half of May) and the hotel had multiple water activities to offer. Wonderful stay, obviously still expensive but nothing compared to other options we were looking at in Lucerne (which are super expensive) and I honestly can’t even imagine what would they have offered more than what we got at Hermitage. So probably amazing value for money compared to other options there.
Nothing at all
The Hermitage in Lake Lucerne was a wonderful stop during our recent vacation. What can I say? The entire staff was very friendly and accommodating. If you needed something, we always got service with a smile. When we opened our shades we had an amazing view of Lake Lucerne and a gorgeous, snow capped mountain. It was just a happy, relaxing time spent here.
The view is so lovely and most of the staff were so nice.
Cleaning the rooms was a bit confusing, we put the tag outside the door for cleaning but it meant the opposite .
A big thank you to all of you. The staff is truly loyal and dedicated, and the reception team is excellent very kind, welcoming, and professional.Our room was clean and calm, the restaurant was very good, and everything was explained clearly to us about visiting Lucerne.The cocktails were professional and authentic, perfectly prepared.Thank you again for making our stay so enjoyable.
View from my room was exceptional
Paul was my experience. Very supportive, authentic, empathetic and ready to help. Paul made my stay a great one.
Tom was also engaging and helpful.
My welcome was bad with Mar and the other lady. They were not helpful neither were they ready to go the extra mile.
They generalised issues and l felt that was not customer centric.
Renovated, high quality, comfortable rooms, kind and efficient staff at the reception
This hotel is nowhere near the value that should correspond to its price. It does not offer enough facilities to justify its price (eg no pool), the restaurant was just ok and was not really child friendly for dinner and the breakfast was very very very simple for the price paid.
الفندق مرتب اطلالته تاخذ العقل والله بالادوار اللي فوق مثل الرابع او الخامس الاستقبال بمكان والغرف بمكان جمبه على طول ومأمن عليها تدخل وتطلع بسرعه خدمتهم سريعه وكويسين صراحة كل شي بالمكان حلو ما جربت الاكل ولا الفطور بس صدق الفندق يستاهل
كذلك فيه مكيف، وافضل ميزة صراحة شفتها يعطونك تكت طول مدة الاقامة على الباص تروح للسنتر وترجع معه ببلاش ومحطة الباص قدام الفندق على طول يعني صدق الميزه هذي كويسه لان السنتر يزدحم وتغلى الاسعار والمشي متعب يبي لك ساعه ف الباص سريع ونظيف وسهل وكل شي واضح تروح وتنبسط وترجع فيه للفندق

موظفين خدومين وبشوشين، وموظف يوقف سيارتك بالمواقف وينزل اشناطك لغرفتك ويجيب لك السيارة بعد ..
نظافة الغرفة والاطلالة خرافيييه، وفيه تكييف
حنا غلطنا وفتحنا الشباك بالليل واللمبات شغالة، ودخلت علينا حشرات 😂
لكن على طول غيرو لنا الغرفة 😍
عندهم خدمة الباص مجانية، يوديك سنتر لوسيرن ويرجعك الفندق لان فيه محطة بالفندق
