Amazing view of the Forbidden City, perfect service and great food. Truly enjoyable dining experience - highly recommended.

Our family’s first visit to Beijing was made truly unforgettable thanks to our stay at the Renaissance Beijing Wangfujing Hotel. It was, without a doubt, the best choice we could have made.
1. Attentive Pre-arrival Planning:
Even before our arrival, we received a warm welcome letter and suggested itineraries. We would like to extend our special thanks to the Manager, Jefferson Li. He arranged a highly professional guide and driver who have collaborated with the hotel for years, ensuring our trip was not only enjoyable but also deeply educational. Furthermore, Jefferson’s assistance in helping us set up and navigate WeChat Pay was a lifesaver, as digital payment can be quite a challenge for international travelers.
2. Executive Lounge and Scenic Views:
We stayed on the newly renovated floors and thoroughly enjoyed the Executive Lounge. The culinary offerings changed daily, allowing us to savor a variety of regional cuisines. The highlight, however, was the breathtaking panoramic view of the Forbidden City right from the window—a truly world-class sight.
3. Exceptional Attention to Detail:
The hotel’s management excellence shines through in the smallest details. One morning, we forgot to turn off the "Do Not Disturb" sign before heading out. Respecting our privacy, the housekeeping staff refrained from entering but proactively tried to reach us by phone. When we returned in the evening, they immediately provided us with fresh drinking water and clean towels, sincerely apologizing for not being able to make up the room. This level of care made us feel truly at home.
Thank you to the entire team at Renaissance Beijing Wangfujing for such a thoughtful experience. We look forward to staying at Renaissance hotels throughout our future travels in China!

Staying in renaissance wanfujing has been a great experience ! I must say their location is very good and the service rendered at their hotel is superb. They paid attention to the details that i had requested like extra firm pillows and made all efforts to check us in !

Wan Li Xuan's Cantonese cuisine is extremely delicious, and the service in the bar is very satisfactory.

Great experience at this hotel. Grateful to be upgraded and recognized as an elite status. The food choices in the club lounge is very fresh The Room and decor is very pleasant. The bed is fantastic, the workout facility is good but the temperature in the fitness room needs to be lowered. It is a little too high for cardio.

We spent 10 days at the Renaissance Beijing Wangfujing and truly enjoyed our stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. We chose a room with Club Lounge access and loved the more exclusive experience it offered. Freya and Mia were especially helpful, recommending Zhongshan Park as a wonderful spot to see tulips in bloom, and other local services nearby. The hotel’s location is also excellent—within a short walk to the subway station and Wangfujing Pedestrian Street—making it incredibly convenient.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, and with a view of the Imperial Palace.
The location is also very convenient, close to the shopping areas on Wangfujing Street, making it ideal for shopping and with plenty of restaurant options nearby.
The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices. The only suggestion would be to include a few more items commonly found in Western breakfasts, such as smoked salmon, ham, cottage or cream cheese, and nuts. That said, there are still plenty of good alternatives available 😊.
Overall, it was a very good stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, with a special mention to the housekeeping team for their good work.
