Clean hotel with pefect location.
Pros:

Hotel is very good located. Also information that we received from hotel about transport, parking, public transport and possibility to leave backpacks in the hotel was valuable. Hotel was very clean and employees in the restaurant were very nice.
What I really appreciate was profesionál aproach of lady at reception. They should enploy more people like her. (sorry, I do not know the name).

Cons:

When we arrived in the morbing (we are pilgrims walking more than 230km) first strange look was not really warm. Maybe just bad morning:) At the end it was more than profesionál from the side of reception and explained us everything in details and recommended good olacea to visit.

la comodidad de las camas y las almohadas. el espacio de la habitación, y la ayuda de recepción al llegar exhaustas

Cons:

nos desilusionó mucho el desayuno, el zumo de naranja no es natural. el pan no era reciente, estaba algo duro para ser las 8:30 am. los croissants tb estaban resecos y duros. fue una decepción

Great location. Staff very good

Cons:

Didn’t like the fact that there were steps up to lift and the lift was always so busy
We had to bring our bags down the steps
Also strange that bar. Coffee place in the basement
And my room had only a small window in roof

Localização. Limpeza. Conforto no quarto.

Cons:

Quartos com janelas que não abrem.
Sala de pequeno almoço numa cave.
Lobby com área de sofás muito reestrita.
Poucos funcionários (e lentos) para o número de hóspedes.

Pros:

We LOVED this after our Camino stay. The front desk was so helpful. We loved the breakfast. We got massages from the salon, and it was wonderful. A great place to stay in a great location!

Great stay close to everything
Pros:

The staff was attentive, the whole place was clean and comfortable and the Air Conditioner worked great! Breakfast was very good and plentiful with good coffee! 6 minutes from Cathedral and camino
