La ubicación y la limpieza.
No se podían abrir las ventanas de la habitación y estaban demasiado altas como para poder mirar a través.

La ubicación del hotel es estupenda, a 5 minutos de los principales monumentos.
La limpieza, había polvo en las mesitas de noche como si no se hubiera limpiado en dos semanas. La almohada pedimos que la cambiarán porque tenía manchas pequeñas como de sangre.
Wonderful experience. Ask for the Premium room, it makes the stay extra special. This is an ancient monastery with modern additions. Pool overlooking the city, Breakfast is an amazing spread. The grounds, all seven acres, are worth seeing.
I think signage on the way up the hill that gets you to the reception area could be clearer. We stopped too soon, thinking the reception was around the first curve. Just keep going to the top of the hill to find the door.

The recommended parking garage near the hotel was very full, so hard to find a spot.
