Muy bien ubicado.
Pros:

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, queda muy central.

Cons:

El aire acondicionado de una de las piezas que arrendé no funcionaba y hacía mucho calor.

Pequeno almoço muito fraco para um hotel de 4 estrelas.
O quarto tinha cheiro a tabaco, o que incomodou.
Camas e almofadas pouco confortáveis, acordámos com dores nas costas

Overpriced, no culture. Hotel for business travelers just passing through.
Pros:

It was nice that the held our luggage so we could tour the city after check-out before our departure. That's about all I can think of, there was nothing else special to like.

Cons:

Staff was generally condescending. I don't think they Camino travelers. The hotel is rather boring. In my opinion, it does not reflect well on Santiago culture. I suspect they cater to business travelers more so than holiday travelers. There is no excitement in the hotel. I spoke to other Camino travelers who stayed at more interesting places that were a lot less expensive. I plan to stay somewhere else on the next time I visit Santiago.

Relaxing. The bed was excellent, the room was clean and spacious.
Pros:

The Park Da Alameda, walking distance, relaxing and fun for our 10 year old. The Cathedral and the Historical Center were close enough that you could always walk placedly back to the hotel.

Cons:

The breakfast buffet could offer more options, but it was okay.
