A very good location, impeccable service
Pros:

Walking distance to everywhere, could leave luggage safely when doing side trips like to Sapa

Pros:

hotel locates in center and very convenience for travelling

Cons:

The room facilities are not really good, and not premium as 5* hotel.
When I stayed in the 1st night, it was very noisy due to karaoke out loud till late 10.20pm, from the executive lounge I thought, that's so bad experience

Comfortable stay with great benefits, but not perfect
Pros:

I had an all in all good stay at the Mövenpick Hotel Hanoi.

The hotel’s location is very convenient for exploring the city. The rooms are comfortable, well-designed, and offer a pleasant stay overall. The staff were consistently friendly and professional, which made a positive difference throughout my visit.

As an Accor Platinum member, I appreciated that all status benefits were properly recognized. In particular, the late check-out was granted without any issues. The Executive Lounge is also a strong point of the hotel, with a very good selection of food and drinks in a comfortable setting.

On the downside, the room was quite noisy despite being on a higher floor. There was a constant background noise, likely from a central air-conditioning system, which was noticeable, especially at night.

Another drawback is the pool area. The pool itself is extremely small and not suitable for proper swimming. There are also no real options to relax or lie down by the pool, and the overall atmosphere in that area is rather unpleasant.

Overall, a solid hotel with good service and benefits, but with clear areas that could be improved.

Compliments to concierge staff. I needed to send something and did not have enough local currency to do it. I offered to use USD or other currency to do it but she covered the additional cost and ensured my delivery of the item is smooth . Her name is Ms. Huyen at concierge . Thank you.

Great city hotel
Pros:

Very nice and comfortable city hotel. Lovely rooms, nice pool. Great breakfast and lovely staff. If you arrive early before check in time they charge you but we had a sleep by the pool on the sun loungers. Nice cocktails by the swimming pool . Very central for walking around and very safe
