Pros:

Pool and room was great.

Cons:

Room 1021 had to constantly wait 5 minutes for hot water, told by staff normal? But friends had no issues on floor 10 or 11.

Pros:

Booked 2 rooms for 5 nights. Concierge, Reception snd Coffee Bar (chocolate hour) staff were great - very helpful.
The location was good - very convenient for the old quarter.

Cons:

Even though it is over expensive according to Hanoi standarts, the service is definetly so bad. The reception was so rude as a manner, they are not helping on anything. Breakfast was weak with less european options. They are serving dried cheese from yesterday. They don’t make you fresh egg and want you to take the old one.

A very good location, impeccable service
Pros:

Walking distance to everywhere, could leave luggage safely when doing side trips like to Sapa

Pros:

hotel locates in center and very convenience for travelling

Cons:

The room facilities are not really good, and not premium as 5* hotel.
When I stayed in the 1st night, it was very noisy due to karaoke out loud till late 10.20pm, from the executive lounge I thought, that's so bad experience
